Maintenance and renovation of different government establishment building including government quarter under Capital Complex Sub Division No II under Capital Complex Division/SH Wall panelling, Making and installation of furniture using 19 mm thick

Providing and fixing wall panelling / partion wall by 19 mm thick Green Solid plywood of make Greenply/ Century ply or equivalent as per IS 710 : 2010 and and back will have 19 mm thick 50mm x 19mm plywood in both horizontal and vertical direction at 600mm C/C and 1200 mm C/C respectively, completed with all necessary hardware and fittings as per approved drawing, design and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing 1mm thick laminate (New Mica) of make Greenply / Century ply or equivalent as per IS 710 : 2010 in wall panelling / partition wall etc. completed with all necessary adhesive, paper strip hardware fitting etc. as per approved drawing design and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing making and installation of office furniture of different size and shape like File board shelf/Book shelf/Working table with drawer facility/ small table etc using 19 mm thick solid plywood of make Greenply( ECOTEC PLATINUM -710)/Century or equivalent conforming to IS: 710:2010 including making charges, the cost of adhesive,screw, etc and pasting 1mm thick laminate over 19 mm ply wood (cost of 1 mm thick laminate/mica and fittings if required will be paid separately) complete as per direction of Engineer -in -charge. Only 19mm thick ply area will be measured for payment.

Designing, fabricating, testing, installing and fixing in position Curtain Wall with Aluminium Composite Panel Cladding, with open grooves for linear as well as curvilinear portions of the building , for all heights and all levels etc. including: (a) Structural analysis & design and preparation of shop drawings for pressure equalisation or rain screen principle as required, proper drainage of water to make it watertight including checking of all the structural and functional design. (b) Providing, fabricating and supplying and fixing panels of aluminium composite panel cladding in pan shape in metalic colour of approved shades made out of aluminium composite panel material of approved thickness and specification. The aluminium composite panel cladding sheet shall be coil coated, with Kynar 500 based PVDF / Lumiflon based fluoropolymer resin coating of approved colour and shade on face # 1 and polymer (Service) coating on face # 2 as specified using stainless steel screws, nuts, bolts, washers, cleats, weather silicone sealant, backer rods etc. (c) The fastening brackets of Aluminium alloy 6005 T5 / MS with Hot Dip Galvanised with serrations and serrated washers to arrest the wind load movement, fasteners, SS 316 Pins and anchor bolts of approved make in SS 316, Nylon separators to prevent bimetallic contacts all complete required to perform as per specification and drawing The item includes cost of all material & labour component, the cost of all mock ups at site, cost of all samples of the individual components for testing in an approved laboratory, field tests on the assembled working curtain wall with aluminium composite panel cladding, cleaning and protection of the curtain wall with aluminium composite panel cladding till the handing over of the building for occupation. Base frame work for ACP cladding is payable under the relevant aluminium item.s The Contractor shall provide curtain wall with aluminium composite panel cladding, having all the performance characteristics all complete , as per the Architectural drawings, as per item description, as specified, as per the approved shop drawings and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. However, for the purpose of payment, only the actual area on the external face of the curtain wall with Aluminum Composite Panel Cladding (including width of groove) shall be measured in sqm. up to two decimal places." Aluminium Composite Panels of 3mm total thickness with Top coil – 0.25mm AA3003 Grade manufactured as per IS-737 1986, FR Grade Class B1 with 2.50mm Mineral Core with minimum 70-72% Inorganic content (Aluminium Hydroxide and Magnesium Hydroxide) 28- 30% Organic content (LDPE) conforming to ASTM E-119- 16,18 and EN 13501 - 1 class B1 and Bottom coil – 0.50mm AA3003 Grade manufactured as per IS-737 1986 with minimum 25 microns lead free PVDF Coating conforming to AAMA2605 on top coil and Service coating on Back Coil (4 - 6 microns) having minimum panel weight of 5.25 Kg/m2

Providing and fixing curtain rods of 1.25 mm thick chromium plated brass plate, with two chromium plated brass brackets fixed with C.P. brass screws and wooden plugs, etc., wherever necessary complete i) 25 mm dia.

Providing & fitting fixing good quality cotton/ polyster screen for window screen provision including bracket where necessary complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing supplying and installation of Curtain choth including two side stiching of Fabric code ALDEN17,(Composition of fabric 100 % Polyester,GSM 285,Width 137.5 Cm) complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge
