Supply and installation, testing, commissioning, factory made, CPRI approved, outdoor type, LT Panel board suitable for Street light fitting of size 600mm x 600mm x 450mm, confirming to IS 5039- with IP-54 protection, made out of 3.15mm thick CRCA sheet , 415 Volt, 3 phase, 50 HZ supply mounted on and including MS angle section 50 x 50 x 5 mm frame with front and back openable, double door with provision of locking arrangement dust & vermin proof, gasket, TPN busbar shall be insulated with colour coated heat shrinkable sleeves and shall be mounted on proper insulator, gland, welding hinges of dust proof, overall powder coated including PCC and foundation work, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Consisting of the following equipments:- (i) MCCB, 4 pole, 16 KA, 63 Amps -01 No Make :- ABB/Havells / Legrand/L & T ( Incoming). (ii) MCB, TPN, 10 KA, 32 Amps - 02 No Make : ABB/Havells/Legrand /L & T. (iii) Mounting arrangement for 2 MCB for future Expansions. (iv) Power Contactor MNX70 of Make: L&T. (v) Manual operation for ON and off. (vi) Digital type clock timer time switch of Make; L&T. (vii) Solid aluminium bus bar 200 Amp for 3 phase, 100 Amp for neutral.

Material and labour For earthing complete with galvanized iron earth plate electrode 600mm x 600mm x 6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 m deep below normal ground connected to galvanised mild steel strip 25 x 4 mm by means of bolts nuts check nuts and washer of galvanized steel, watering pipe of 20mm bore galvanised iron medium grade and 40mm bore galvanised iron light grade for earth strip protection including all excavation earth work in any type of soil, PCC pit in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 and RCC 1:2:4, type B1 for precast chamber cover 50 mm thick, reinforced with welded steel wire fabric or XPM Jali (weight not less than 4.00 Kg / sqm), with charcoal, salt, funnel complete all as shown in the electrical plate No 3 of SSR part –I and testing on completion, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:-Quoted rates shall be deemed to include for earth strip with protection pipe up to 7.5 M length.

Supply and erect Prestressed concrete pole, 09.0 metres long, 152mm x 152mm at top and 152mm x 260mm at bottom, class 09, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- (a) Rate quated is inclusive of following (i) Excavation&Earthwork ,Returning filling and Removal of soil (ii) PCC (1:3:6) type c2 as per specification (iii) Coping (1:2:4) type b1 as per specification.

Material & Labour for GI bracket light grade 32/40mm dia min 1.2 Mtr length suitable bend to shape for fixing of street light fitting with clamp, nut, bolt and washer fixed to PCC, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & Fixing for LED flood Light fitting 100 watt, system efficiency not less than 100 lumen / watt, IP65 protection, consisting of high / low voltage cut off, maintenance free isolated Electronic driver circuits, Low THD, PMMA grade high quality Transmittance lens, Epoxy powder coated Die Cast Aluminium housing with weather proof gasket for lamp & driver compartment, Heat resistance toughened glass fitted in cast aluminium housing with SS screws fixed on existing bracket & connecting, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & Fixing LED Street Light fitting 70 watt, system efficiency not less than 100 lumen / watt, IP65 protection, consisting of high / low voltage cut off, maintenance free isolated Electronic driver circuits, Low THD, PMMA grade high quality Transmittance lens, Epoxy powder coated Die Cast Aluminium housing with weather proof gasket for lamp & driver compartment, Heat resistance toughened glass fitted in cast aluminium housing with SS screws, fixed on existing bracket & connecting, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing weather proof, PVC insulated, PVC sheathed, cable, with multistranded copper conductor of size 1.5 Sqmm, 2 core, fixed from Junction box to street light fittings, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & Fixing 20mm dia PVC conduit ISI marked, heavy duty, fixed complete to walls /on pole with mild steel clamps, nuts and bolts, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & Fixing Sheet moulding compound (SMC) junction box of size 250mm x 200mm x 150mm, comprising three phase aluminium bus bar and One No MCB SP, 06 Amps C type, fixed on pole with mild steel clamps, nuts and bolts, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & laying 50mm bore mild steel galvanised iron tubing light grade for protection of cable / earth continuity conductor etc, fixed to poles / wall with clamp nut bolt etc / laid on roof or laid on floors, road, crossing or ducts etc., complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
