Removing grass, bushes and creepers growing at transformer yard, LT panel board, two pole structures and four pole structures and, keep the yard area and sorrounding neat and clean complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair MCCB, 4 pole, 100Amps rating, breaking capacity 25 KA, 415 volt in the existing feeder pillar box including any addition /alteration to the panel to accomodate the new MCCB making connections with 25x3 mm copper strip as required from main bus bars including necessary welding works, metal work for fixing base plate etc and connections complete all as specified and as directed. Make: Indo Asian Cat Part No.830052 or techno-commercially equivalent.

Disconnecting HT/LT connections of the pole mounted/ plinth mounted out door type/ indoor type transformer, opening up the top cover to carry out repairs at site, including draining out oil from the transformer in suitable container and to carryout the transformer for repair such as replacement of gasket, HT/LT side brass studs bushing, cork sheet, breather, temperature gauge, gate valve, silica gel and refilling the oil complete all as specified and as directed. Note: The materials required for repair/replacement has been measured and paid as supply only items cattered here in after.

S&F in repair incoming/outgoing 11 KV feeder plates of size 30cm x 20 cm made out of 1.6mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enameled paint with letters written in local language and English including figures and fixed with MS clamp made out of FI 25x3mm duly painted with synthetic enamal pant, with bolts, nuts and washers etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation and scrubbing out rust surface of indoor/outdoor type LT panel board and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer by spray painting complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F as in repair Automatic Power Factor Correction (APFC) Panel 5 step for 3 Phase, 415 V & 50 Hz and system of capacity 50 KVAR with APFC relay (IPFC CS 1001) 1 CT, incoming MCCB of capacity 100 A, suitable contactors, MCB SP, MCB TPN, Indicators for RYB, bank ON/OFF, system internal wiring, capacitors (1x2KVAR,1X3 KVAR,2X5 KVAR,1X10 KVAR.2X15 KVAR) powder coated panel CPRI approved, IP 66 protection dust and vermin proof complete app as directed by Engineer-in- charge. Make- Havells or techno-commercially equivalent.

M&L for draining out used lubrication oil from the DG set engine, cleaning of chamber and supply and filling of new multigrade engine oil for the DG sets of various capacities installed under GE (Army) Trivandrum complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE: Flushing out sludge accumulated in the oil chamber to be done properly before filling the new oil. Make: Cat No. 82.050.10.0.20 of Koel care super genuine oil or techno-commercially equivalent.

M&L for carrying out scheduled maintenance service of the DG sets of 160 KVA through manufacturer service engineer including replacement of elements of fuel filters, engine oil filters and air filter with gaskets checking the engine for any leakages adjusting engine belt tension, topping up radiater coolent etc complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. NOTE: Engine oil/coolent required for servicing the DG set will be measured and paid seperatly under relenvant items of the schedule.

Draining out completely radiator coolant of different capacity of DG sets by loosen drain plug and then tighten the drain plug, slowly feed coolant of superior grade into the radiator through the filler until radiator is full, squeeze the upper radiator hose 2/3 times after coolant reaches the filler neck, close the radiator cap, testing after refilling complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE: Use LEYPOWER Coolant 5000 pre mixed coolant. No need to add water. Make: Castrol/Servo or techno-commercially equivalent.

M&L for preparation of painted surfaces of the acquistic enclosure/DG sets of capacity 160 KVA DG set by scraping and removing rust and other objects and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint of existing colour by spray painting over a coat of zinc chrome primer and marking SM/MES Nos and repairing and greasing door hinges and locks complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of old/detoriated canvas cloth inter connection between the radiator and the sound attenuator to avoid transmission of vibration from the DG set of 40 KVA capacity to the sound attenuator through the treated duct complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for overhauling of alternator by heating and varnishing rotor and stator assembly for getting proper IR value and reasseble the same of DG set capacity 160 KVA complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & spread loose filling with river sand inside the FOL store, cable duct in DG set room etc not exceeding 150mm thick layer including removing the old sand to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr from the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Earthing complete in replacement with copper earth plate electrode 600mm x 600mm x 3.15mm thick burried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 metre below ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth of not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level, connected to glavanised earth lead of copper strip of size 20mm x 3mm by means of GI Bolts, Nuts, check nuts and washers of the earth and thimbles and other end of the earth strip connected to earthing test point and protected by galvanised iron pipe light grade 40mm dia from earth plate to Panel and DG set and water pipe 20mm dia GI medium grade raised upto a level of 50cm above ground level with plug at top, earthing pit in PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 RCC pre-cast (1:2:4 type B-1) cover slab of 50 mm thick using 8.00mm dia CTD bars reinforcement both ways at 140 mm centre to centre with two handles, 20 mm dia GI pipe medium grade for watering pipe, wire mesh, funnel and providing charcoal or coke and salt in alternative layers of 15 cm including necessary earth work in soft/loose soil, returning, refilling and removing of surplus soil to a distance not of MES Schedule Part-I of SSR-2009 exceeding 50 mtr testing complete all as shown in electrical plate No-3 including removing old one from site of work complete all as specified and directed. NOTE: (a) Earthing shall be provided as per IS:3043-1987. (b) Earthing shall be carried out 7.5 mtr apart from the building. (c) Rate for copper strip upto test point included in the quoted rate.

M&L for earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc, as required 20 x 3mm copper strip including removing the old unserviceable one complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply of synthetic insulating (rubber) mat of 1m x 2m x 19mm size and laid infront of LT panel & DG set complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling the old/detoriated battery terminal cables, supply and fixing new appropriate size battery terminal cable including hose clips, apply petroleum jelly on battery terminals, tighten the terminals and testing complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and install in replacement of on load change over switch 415 volt AC, 50Hz in sheet steel enclosure, 4 pole of capacity 63 Amps, confirming to IEC-947-3 staggered terminals, site convertible fuse version, interchangeable dual shaft position with site convertibility, to be provided into existing panel including dismantling of old unsv one and making electrical connections new one complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
