RequiredDetails of similar works completed as prime contractor during the last ten financial years with supporting certificates
RequiredDetails of existing commitments i e works on hand and works for which tenders with supporting certificates
RequiredAnnual Turnover certificate certified by CA or issued by Executing Authority along with balance sheet
RequiredCopy of information regarding any litigation with Govt during the last ten years in which the tenderer is involved
RequiredCopy of Liquid assets / Credit facilities / Solvency certificate/ Net worth certificate
RequiredThe bidder should furnish the Copy of AP GST Registration Certificate

RequiredThe bidder as on date should not be blacklisted by any Central / State Government/ Public Sector Undertaking or under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt or fraudulent practices as on date of Bid Submission
