Hiring of earth cutting/excavating machineries to be deployed for earth cutting, excavation or filling, making diversion bandh and channel wherever required including cost of fuel oil lubricants and wages of operational staff.Any breakage repair during operation will be carried out by the owner at his own risk and cost including shifting of machinery one place to another place at required location. Actual working hours will accounted for the payment and six hours working per day will required. Average minimum 20cm excavation in all kind of soils including loading in tippers trucks and disposal of excavated earth within all lead and lifts will have to be ensured in one hour as per the direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm thick welded with angle iron 30x30x5mm so as to give a fair finish including centring, shuttering, strutting and propping etc. with wooden batten and ballies, height of propping and centering below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4 metres and removal of the same for insitu reinforced concrete & plain conrete work in. foundation , footing , mass concrete within all lead and lift as per the direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

b)Vertical surfaces such as walls (any thickness) partition and the like including attached pillasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses and the like as per the direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

c) Suspended floors, roofs, landing and shelves and their support, balconies, beams, girders, bressumers and cantilever upto floor two level.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:1½:3 (1 cement: 1½ sand: 3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work up to all leads an lifts and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. (a) Foundation and plinth.

b)Vertical surfaces such as walls (any thickness) partition and the like including attached pillasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses and the like.

c) Suspended floors, roofs, landing and shelves and their support, balconies, beams, girders, bressumers and cantilever upto floor two level.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8 (1 cement: 4 sand: 8 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in.Foundation, footing bases of coloumn & mass concrete with in all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing mild steel/tor steel reinforcement for RCC work including bending, binding and placing in position complete upto floor two level with in all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Stone soling/boulder filling dry hand packed under floor as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals.
