M&L for Anti-termite treatment using chemical Chlorophyriphos 20% or lindane emulsifiable concentrate conforming to IS:3944 or IS 632 respectively, of side in skirting of existing floors using /Floor emulsion @ one litre per hole,300mm apart including drilling and pluging 12mm dia hloles with cement mortar 1:2(1cement:2 coarse sand) to match the existing floors complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Anti-termite treatment using chemical Chlorophyriphos 20% or lindane emulsifiable concentrate conforming to IS:3944 or IS 632 respectively, at point of contract of wood work by chemical emulsion(in oil and kerosene based solution) @ 0.5 litre per hole by drilling 6mm dia hloles at a downward angle of 45 degree at 150mm centre to centre and sealing the same. with cement mortar 1:2(1cement:2 coarse sand) to match the existing floors complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for treating the soil along the external perimeter of building at the rate of 2.25 Ltrs of anti termite emulsion per meter of the perimeter wall. Notes :- 1. External & Internal perimeter chemical pesticides would be injected by drilling 12mm holes at the junction of wall and floor in external, internal perimeter, construction joint of the building, at a distance of 30cm at about 45 dgree angle in case of masonay foundation chemical emulsion of up to 0.5 liter or till refusal would be applied in each hole. Holes would be sealed with chalk and plaster of paris to preserve the aesthetic look. In case of loose soil along external wall trenches up to depth of 50 cm would be made and chemical pesticide would be poured @ 1.75 liter per running meter. 2. Wood work : Chemical pesticides would be injected in holes drilled at downward angle of 45 degree at the junction of wood work and concrete. Wood works like door, window frame , wooden flooring, wooden paneling on staircase. wall false ceiling etc would be treated. Chemical pesticides upto 0.5 liter or till refusal would be applied in each hole. 3. Other areas : Chemical pesticides would be applied around electric pipe, telephone cable utility pipe entering the builing which are potential source of entry points tothe building.

M&L for applying two coats of oil bond distemper over a coat of primer on new plastered surfaces of ceiling including preparation of surfaces etc complete all as specified and directed.
