Excavation in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth or n exc 10 Sqm on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth & getting out, for pole foundation, etc. or for laying underground cable, pipe lines etc. in soft/ loose soil, complete all as specified & directed.

Excavation in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth or n exc 10 Sqm on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth & getting out, for pole foundation, etc. or for laying underground cable, pipe lines etc. in hard/dense soil, complete all as specified & directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cms thick in soft / loose or hard dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated surplus material to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting of road / hardstanding upto a size not exceeding 20 cm in width and not exceeding 60 cm in depth for laying of LT UG cable protection pipe line, making good the disturbed portion so as to match existing finishing or with PCC 1:2:4 type B1 complete all as specified and directed.

Laying only, connecting, testing, commisioning and jointing XLPE insulated, armoured, heavy duty electric power cables with stranded aluminum conductors,1100 volts grade, laid in trenches, ducts, pipes, drawn across the roads/paths /drains/ along poles /walls /floors/equipment etc including jointing materials and including disconnecting & taking out old unserviceable LT UG cables of any size/type complete all as specified and directed for following cross sectional areas of cables :- Notes for Srl item Nos. 6.10 to 6.40 :- (i) LT UG XLPE cables will be issued under Sch 'B' free for laying/fixing only. (ii) Excavation, earth work, sand cushioning, cable protection cover & GI pipes shall be measured and paid for separately under respective items of BOQ. (iii) The MS/Steel clamp for fixing of cable on wall/ceiling etc shall be provided by the contractor and the same deemed to be included in the quoted rates. (iv) Aluminium Lugs/nipple/Thimble etc of suitable size of XLPE cable for fixing/laying cable from /to LT Panel /MCCB /MCB/DB etc shall be provided by the contractor and the same deemed to be included in the quoted rates.

(ii) Aluminium Lugs/nipple/Thimble etc of suitable size of XLPE cable for fixing/laying cable from /to LT Panel /MCCB /MCB/DB etc shall be provided by the contractor and the same deemed to be included in the quoted rates.
