AGE B/R - I Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15 cm thickness.(below or above ground level) Complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 100mm cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling, mass concrete, sub-base & apron etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75mm cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling, mass concrete, sub-base & apron etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation

M & L for 100mm Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size with grey cement and pigment confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness M-35 Grade

M & L for 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM 1:6 to receive floor finishes complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for chequred cement concrete tiles of size 300x300x25 mm thick coloured rubber pressed glossy finish, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement and match the surace of tiles as foor/staps, complete as all specified and directed.

M & L for providing plain cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in coping, bed block for embedding hold fasts, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles & throating as directed including necessary form work as required complete all as specified and directed.

Surface channel in concrete 1:2:4 (20 mm graded aggregate) for drain complete all as specified and directed.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement complete all as specified and directed. concrete, using ex- tra cement, including forms, moulds, mi-tred/stopped ends etc.All as specified and directed.

AGE B/R - II Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cu. m, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm in soft disintegrated rock

Plain Cement Concrete Type D2 1:4:8 (using 40 mm graded granite stone aggregate) in foundations, filling and mass concrete.

Removing Excavated SDR not exceeding 50 M and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 M above the starting point.

M&L Rolled mild steel in Joist, channel, angle, or tee sections, fixed independently, without connecting plates, etc. (cut to ordinary lengths i.e. within 20mm of the length indicated) of Fe 410-W (Gde E- 250) quality A, complete all as specified.

S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zine coating GI based corrugated steel sheeting 0.50 mm thick any colour having tensile strenght 550Mpa in roof coverings fixed with self tapping screws

M & L for Preparation of new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description, over 10 cm width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer.
