Taking down carefully copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete,(fittings such as switches, ceiling roses,pendants, regulators sockets etc. to be measured separately), removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody for reuse at site and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, etc. all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down carefully sub main wiring from existing position etc all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for point wiring (light/ fan/ socket) with 1.5 Sq mm (nominal area) PVC insulated unsheathed cable with copper conductor, single core multi stranded 1100 V graded confirming to IS 694 : 1977 drawn in PVC conduit including provision of 20mm dia rigid PVC conduit as per IS 9537 (part-1 1983) with conduit accessories including terminal boxes fabricated out of 2 mm thick MS sheet fitted with 3 mm thick Hylam/PVC sheet top cover for fixing switches including 1.5 Sqmm one single core PVC unsheathed cable with multi stranded copper conductor as earth condinuity conductor and connected to common earth dolly at existing wall/ceiling/surface etc and make good the disturbed surface as per existing all as directed by engineer-in-charge.

All as per item No. 3 but with 1.5 sqmm one light controlled by 2-way switches.

All as per item No. 3 but with 1.5 sqmm for 5 Amp switch / Socket on same boad with other switches.

Repair of pump set of any capacity installed at Main DGNP Bldg and DG House by dismantling from its existing position and replacement of all old worn out parts and fixing it to its original position complete all as specified and directed. by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for cleaning of fountaion at DG House, draining out the water and cleaning the faoutain with cleaning agent / bleaching power of sufficient quantity and repair the sump where ever required with cement work etc all as decided and specified by engineer -in-charge.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5M wide and not exceeding 1.5M in depth and getting out in hard/dense soil for laying of under ground cable and foundation of poles complete all as specified and directed. by Engg-in-Charge.

M & L Cement concrete in foundations, filling and mass concrete for foundation of pole of type D-2 1:4:8 with 40mm graded agregate complete all as specified and directed. by Engr-in-Charge.

Returning filling in including spreading, leveling watering and well ramming in layer not exceeding 25 cms complete all as specified and directed. by Engr-in-Charge.

Removal of excavated surplus soil not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at al level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed. by Engr-in-Charge.
