G.I. (upto 1200mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceilling cleats made out of G.I. flat 40 x 3 mm size 60mm long and expansion hold fasteners 12.5mm dia. 40mm long complete all as specified.

Providing and fixing 8mm thick seamless calcium silicate ceiling made out of 1800 x 1200 mm size board of siliceous and calcareous material reinforced with cellulose fibre fixed to the ceiling section with 25 mm long self drilling and tapping screws having phillips head with under head cutter at 200 mm centre to centre, including finshing the joint of face board with specially formulated jointing compound and 48 mm wide fibre tape to provide seam less finish over with 2 coat of obd over 3 mm thick putty complete all as specified and directed.(Frame work for ceiling shall be measured and paid separately)

M&L for 4mm thick Non asbestos fiber cement building for Ceiling flat or sloping inserted to timber/GI/Aluminium frame work with screws complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of frame work timber scantling 40 Sq cm and over in section in any position complete all as specifed and directed.

Excavating in trenchs, n exc 1.5m wide and n exc 1.5m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10sq m on plan and getting out in hard/ dense soil complete all as specified and directed.
