1. All bidders are requested to upload the Ex- showroom price along with the appIlcab/e taxes (Road Tax, Registration Charges/ Hypothecation/Logistic /Handling/Number plate charges/Additional Accessories cost) on the letterhead of the authorised dealer & this amount should match the prices quoted in Annexure - B (Cost of the Vehide}.

2. The actual payment for schedule item except Fleet Management, in above (Annexure -A) shall be adjusted by paying extra in case of increase in Ex-showroom price and deducting in case of decrease in Ex-showroom price. The revision in the quotes submitted for each schedule item except Fleet Management, will be proportionate to the revision in Ex-showroom price. For Clarification: Ex1: Ex-Showroom Price Quoted in Financial Bid (including Discount, if any); Ex2: Revised Ex-Showroom Price (including Discount, if any); LR1: Lease Rental Quoted in Financial Bid; LR2: Revised Lease Rental; FM1: Fleet Management Quoted in Financial Bid FM2: Revised Fleet Management RT&I1: Road Tax and Insurance Quoted in Financial Bid; RT&I2: Revised Road Tax and Insurance. 3. Bidder has to submit the Performa invoice from the dealer in support of the change in Ex showroom price of the vehicle along with the revised Annexure A, B & C.

4. This change may necessitate due te non availability of vehicle during 30 days from the opening of finanacial bid due to various reasons such as Model, colour etc.
