Materials and Labour for plain cement concrete (1:4:8) Type D-2 using 40 mm graded aggregate in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and Labour for plain cement concrete (1:3:6) type C2 using 40 mm graded aggregate as in surface channels and drains including demolition of existing cement concrete(un reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for,complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and Labour Extra for forming fair finishing to surfaces channels/drain 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, etc complete all as specified and directed.

Add or deduct from serial item No 9 here in before for each 25 mm girth or part thereof over or under 30 cm for forming fair finished drain or channel in cement concrete, using extra cement including forms, moulds, mitered /stopped ends etc. complete.

Materials and Labour for plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1 using 20 mm graded aggregate in lintels up to 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings up to 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, as directed including necessary from work complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and Labour for providing precast reinforced cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1 using 20 mm graded aggregate, in landings, cover slabs (for man holes etc.) chullah hoods, chajjas, water troughs, mangers,shelves and similar articles with plain faces and setting in mortar (1:4) complete with joints to match including demolition of existing reinforced cement concrete (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) in landings,cover slabs (for man holes etc.) chullah hoods, chajjas, water troughs, mangers, shelves and similar articles with plain faces,all as specified and directed. Note:- Reinforcement will be measured and paid seperately.

Supply only integral water proofing compound all as specified

Materials and Labour for brick work with Sub Class ‘B’ bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6M mean radius built in cement mortar (1:4),including demolition of existing brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars,etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles,complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia. and over, cut to length, bend to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hopping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia. or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and Labour for rendering 10 mm thick, cement plaster, in cement mortar (1:4) mixed with waterproofing compound as per manufacturer's instructions on on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface in walls and finishing surface even and smooth without using extra cement,complete all as specified and directed. Note: - (Water proofing compound will be measured and paid separately)

Materials and Labour for rendering 15 mm thick, cement plaster, in cement mortar (1:6) on surface other than fair face of brickwork or concrete surface in wall,complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fix in position,galvanised steel reducing socket, nominal size of outlet, 80 mm x 50 mm with minimum length 81 mm, ISI Marked (IS 1239 Part-2), complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and Labour for mild steel works conforming to Grade E 165 (Fe-290) in, Bands, straps, supports or stays for holding column pipe and submersible pump set, including necessary bolts, nuts and washers as required including cutting ends to shape as directed, drilling holes etc., complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fix, well cap made out of 5 mm thick MS plate with provision of suitable holes for passing through two runs of flat three core, PVC insulated industrial cable for submersible motor, 4.00 Sq. mm and suitable for fixing to 150 mm nominal bore,unplacticized polyvinyle chloride (PVC-U) medium well casing pipe (CM Pipe) for bore well,complete all as specified and directed.

Development of tube well with compressed air from compressor of minimum capacity 250 psi so as to obtain sand/mud free water and achieve minimum discharge capacity of 25000 GPH,complete all as specified and directed. Notes:- (i) Cost for running of compressor including electricity/fuel charges shall be borne by the Contractor. (ii) Log Book for running hours of compressor shall be maintained. (iii) Test Results(s) shall be signed by the qualified personal eangaged by the Contractor for obtaining test results,Contractor, JE (E/M) and Engineer in Charge.

Yield test for the bore well by pumping continuously for 8 hours per day for three continuous days using suitable pump motor of minimum discharge capacity of 45000 Litres per Hour at 30 Metre Head,so as to determine safe pumping yield including submission of test report,complete all as specified and directed. Notes:- (i) Cost for pumping of water including electricity charges shall be borne by the Contractor. (ii) Test Results(s) shall be signed by the qualified personal eangaged by the Contractor for yeild test,Contractor, JE (E/M) and Engineer in Charge.

Collection of raw water sample from bore well for both bacteriological analysis and chemical analysis and testing from DRL Tezpur/NEIST Jorhat (Formerly RRL Jorhat) or any Govt approved laboratory as approved by GE including obtaining and submission of test reports,complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Cost for sample bottles including testing charges shall be borne by the Contractor.

Supplying, pouring and packing pea-gravel of size 3 mm to 8 mm and packed all around the entire bore well to fill in the annular space between pipe assembly and bore hole, complete all as specified and as directed.

Cutting existing steel tubing 80 mm bore for alterations or additions,screwing for alterations or additions (or lengthening screw on pipe to form connector) and inserting tee,including all accessories and jointing materials,complete all as specified and directed.

Supply,installation,lowering,testing and commissioning of,borewell submersible pump set, 415 V, 50 Hz ,three phase system,capacity 7.5 HP, 5.5 KW,10 Stages,discharge capacity 750 LPM at 30 meter head,outlet diameter 50mm, motor and pump with all accessories,suitable for 150 mm internal dia. bore well, complete all as specified and as directed. Notes:- (i) Safety rope and connecting cable will be measured and paid seperately under respective items of this BOQ. (ii) Purchase Voucher, Manufacturer's Test Certificate, Manufacturer's Instructions Manual, Guarantee/Warranty Certificate etc.for the pumpset shall be handed over to Engineer in Charge.
