SCHEDULE 'A' PART-I (B/R WORKS) Supply and fixing of pre-painted galvalume, aluminuim zinc coating, GI based corrugated steel sheet, 0.50mm thick, AZ-150 conforming to IS-15961, colour as directed, having tensile strength of 550 MPa, as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws including taking down of old sheets of any descriptions and removal from site complete all as specified and as directed. Note- The sheets shall have super durable polyester quality paint of approved colour, 150 gm/sqm total on both sides, suitable for exterior application conforming to IS-15965.

Dismantling timber scantlings 40 sq. cm and over in section, in framed work, in any position and removal from site complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for mild steel framed works of angles or tees with web and flanges cut to shape, drilled and countersunk for screw, including bending and welding angles, as necessary gusset plates, riveting, etc. as purlin, rafters, posts etc conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 including necassary cutting, drilling, welding complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F anodised aluminum snap grid frame work of size 605 X 605 mm for false ceiling including 4mm thick designer decorative type asbestos cement ceiling board (E board) including two coats of acrylic emulsion paint over a coat of primer including necessary notching, snap grid consisting of anodised aluminum main / cross tee of size 36.5 mm X 25 mm X 1.4 mm weighing 0.24 Kg / RM and 23.5 mm X 26.4 mm X 1.40 weighing 0.191 Kg per RM respectively, fixed to ceiling with supporting hanger consisting of 3.15 mm dia GI wire with necessary bolts and nuts and washers, main and cross tee shall be jointed at junction / crossing with anodised aluminum angle bracket of size 15 mm X 15 mm X 1.50 mm weighing 0.12 Kg / RM fixed with suitable MS bolts nuts and washer, snap grid (main / cross tee section) shall be supported at ends all along the wall with anodised aluminum angle of size 40 mm X 25 mm X 2 mm weighing 0.36 Kg / RM fixed to walls with suitable arrangements, including taking down old ceiling as existing and removal from site complete all as specified & directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description, in ground floor and pavings not exceeding 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) and removal of debries to distance exc 250mtr but n exc 500 mtr complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for premium quality, joint free, non skid coloured ceramic tiles (Square/ rectangular), area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm and not exceeding 0.36 sqm and 7 to 8 mm thick, laid in floors over and including cement screed bed 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) laid over 25mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregates, set and jointed in neat cement slurry @ 3.00 kg/Sqm and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the surface complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for premium quality, joint free, non skid coloured ceramic tiles (Square/ rectangular), area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm and not exceeding 0.36 sqm and 7 to 8 mm thick, laid in vertical surfaces such as skirting dado, over and including rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) , set and jointed in neat cement slurry @ 3.00 kg/Sqm and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the surface complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brickwork built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc, including stacking of servisable bricks and removal of debries to distance exc 250mtr but n exc 500 mtr complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for brickwork, with subclass 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius, exceeding 6 metre mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

All as above Item No 10.00 but except bricks complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Old serviceable bricks as obtained from serial item No 09.00 hereinbefore shall be reused after cleaning the bricks. The rate quoted shall include for cleaning the bricks also.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster, of any description, on brick or stone walls etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc and removal of debries to distance exc 250mtr but n exc 500 mtr complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:6, finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for rendering, 15 mm thick, in cement mortar 1:4, mixed with water proofing compound @ 2% by weight of cement or as per manufacturer’s instructions, on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces of any description finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Supply only integral water proofing shall be measured and paid separately.

Material and labour for preperation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of exterior emulsion paint over a coat of primer over 3mm thick wall care putty complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing for aluminium alloy anodised (powder coated) door frame and shutters with hollow aluminium anodized sections including aluminium alloy anodized snap type beads, dish/D type door handles, glazed clip joint cleats, rubber gasket, dead lock 4 levers(one no for each door leaf), two numbers of aluminium alloy anodized tower bolts to each leaf, 4.8 mm thick tinted glass fixed with rubber gasket aluminium snap beading, 12mm thick prelaminated particle board interior grade in lower panel fixed with aluminium frame work (glass and board to be fixed in size as directed), double action floor spring hydraulically regulated made of 1.25mm thick aluminium alloy steel foundation box and main body with stainless steel cover and other part made of mild steel (one number floor spring for each door leaf), including fixing frame to wall/RCC members with rawl plugs complete all as specified and directed. Supply and fixing for aluminium alloy anodised (powder coated) window frame with double shutters openable type, with aluminium sections as per of "Jindal" section numbers for casement windows with double shutters including aluminium alloy anodized snap type beads, handles, aluminium anodized tower bolts and glazing clip, joint cleats, rubber gasket , 4.8 mm thick tinted glass fixed with rubber gasket aluminium snap beading (glass to be fixed in size as directed). complete all as specified for Series-B "Jindal" section numbers of casement:- (a) Frame of section 101.6mm x 44.45mm x 2.10mm thick and section for shutters 47.62mm x 44.45mm x 1.95mm thick (b) Mullion 53mm x 52mm x 2mm thick not less than 1.065 Kg/metre (c) Glazing clip weighing not less than 0.259Kg/metre (d) Windows shall provided with 02 Nos. of aluminium tower bolts for single leaf and 03 Nos. of aluminium tower bolts for double leaf. Tower bolts shall be aluminium alloy anodized weighing not less than 0.302Kg/each. Handles shall be aluminium anodized 'D' type handle of size 100mm and thickness 2.37mm weighing not less than 0.875Kg/Each one No. per each openable leaf shall be provided.

Supply and fixing in repair curtain rod, 20mm dia, brass chromium plated fixed with decorative brackets and finial at the end portion (02 Nos for each cut length) complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specificalyy provided for and removal of debries to distance exc 250mtr but n exc 500 mtr complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate), as in foundation filling and mass concrete, complete, all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour, for vibratory compacted, precast cement concrete rubber moulded, coloured (red colour pigment or pigment as approved by GE), interlocking designer paver blocks (double glassy), in milano shape, confirming to IS-15658-2006, 80mm thickness, M-40 grade, as in path, hard standing, etc. laid over and including 25 mm thick well rammed sand complete all as specified and directed.

SCHEDULE 'A' PART-II (E/M WORKS) Taking down carefully any type of point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete with fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, tube light fittings with all accessories etc., and/or drawing out from existing conduit/batten and removal of materials from site and making good the disturbed surfaces of wall, floors, ceiling etc to match with the existing surfaces with matching OBD/White wash/Distemper complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for concealed point wiring using approved colour coding as per IS, with multi stranded copper conductor 1.5 sqmm (Nominal area), single core, FRLS-H, 1100 volts, ISI marked, PVC insulated and unsheathed stranded cable drawn through and including non metallic, medium grade PVC concealed conduit not less than 25.00mm to 32.00mm dia and its fittings, including cutting chasing on wall/ceiling, including all tees, bell mouth pieces and fixing accessories such as couplers, saddlers, pipe hooks etc, PVC junction boxes, ISI marked, including 1.5 sqmm single core PVC insulated and unsheathed FRLS-H cable, 1100 volt grade with multi stranded copper conductor green colour as earth continuity conductor upto common earth and connecting to common earth dolly with and including MS flush boxes of 2 to 18 modules with inner and outer cover plates, confirming to IS 5139 of 1969 and IS 14772 of 2000 for fixing modular switch sockets for one light point (For flourescent Tube/ LH, Bldg Security light, Mirror light)/fan point/bell point controlled by one one way switch complete all as specified and as directed. Notes :- (i) Switch, socket, ceiling rose, lamp holder, bell, bell push and fan regulators to be measured and paid for separately. The quoted rates are deemed to be included for providing cover plates and MS flush boxes as required at site. (ii) PVC Conduit conforming to IS 9537 part I & III. (iii) All chases will be cut by chase cutter only and surfaces shall be make good as per existing surfaces. (iv) The concealed conduits and MS boxes as fixed against new point wiring, shall be verified by Engineer-in-Charge before making good the surfaces by plastering and other finishes.

Note:- The new earthing shall be provided adjecent to old earthing site on the locations as directed by engineer in charge.

Taking down ceiling fan, sealing cable end, dismantling blades and removing fan and spray painting including filling cavities with filler with two coat of approved colour synthetic enamel paint after cleaning all dust, writing MES No with black colour permanent marker etc. and hanging or fixing ceiling fan at same location or other location and connecting up including provision of three core flexible cable 23/ 0.0076 size from ceiling rose to connector of fan complete all as specified and as directed.

Note:- Amount of credit of Rs. 42055.00 for retrieved materials is mentioned in Schedule of Credit Page No. 17 of tender documents in pdf form which will be deducted offline while acceptance of tender.
