Bleaching power solution chlorination is to be provided for disinfection, drainage channel, interconnecting path (Minimum 1.20 metre wide) chemical house, chemical handling and feeding arrangements gaseous chlorination units, back wash units with pumping sets and Air compressors including arrangements for disposal of waste of water treatment plant process, Plant building comprising with office, / automation room , room for housing the automated valves. Providing and fixing of lightening arrangements (LED) lights made in the boundry unit of plant area, Providing and fixing all electrical/Mechanical equipments, proper walk way for Inspection/ operation of various units. Sizes shall be based on manual of water supply and treatment published by CPHEEO, Ministry of Urban development (GOI) New Delhi. The design of various units shall conform to relevant Codes and specifications. All the hydraulic stuctuctures shall be designed and constructed in RCC M30 design shall be carried out as per design sheet chapter No.1 & technical specification No.1. All the structure shall be designed for up lift pressur encountred at footing as per contour plan uploaded suitable projection structure shall be designed and provided to avoid direct entry of HFL water within treatment premises. The structural design of various units shall strictly conform to relevant BIS Codes and specifications. Data Sheet No 35

The tanks shall be hydraulically tested for water tightness all works shall be conforming to relevant IS code. The cost of valves & other accessories shall be included in the rates of tanks . Battery Limit shall be considered as 3.00 m from the edge of the structure or the boundary of the land whichever is less.The rates quoted by the contractor shall be for the complete work. All ancilliary works and accessories required to make the system fully functional shall be included in the cost of work. EXCAVATION GRAVITY MAIN:- Excavation in foundations and trenches (for pipes and pits) upto all depths etc. in all kinds of soil such as pick work, jumper work and saturated soil including bailing or pumping out of water, blasting in soft/hard rock or chiseling or wedging out of same where blasting is prohibited in all leads and lifts including trimming and dressing of sides, leveling of beds to correct grade including shoring strutting, planking timbering and dewatering wherever required, stacking usable and unusable material/soil separately and after laying jointing and testing of pipes, returning he usable soil in 15 cm layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated soil/unusable material as directed within all leads and lifts including restoration of unmetaled/ mattelled surfaces to its original condition and including cost of diversion of traffic, night signal boards, fixing caution boards, crossing over trenches for access to houses, fencing etc. complete in all respects within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

The damaged portion of the pipes and all the specials ( if damaged during laying & Jointing operation of pipe) of parent tube shall be provide anticrosive treatment treatment by applying two coats of anticrosive bitumenious paint over a priming coat as per AWWA ISI 203-1978. The rates also include entire carriage of material, flusing , cleaning & hydraulic testing D.P test of butt welded joints complete in all respect and to the best satisfaction & direction of Engineer in charge with in all leads and lifts. as per data sheet No. 30
