Excavation for Structures:- Earth work in excavation of foundation of structures as per drawing and technical specification, including setting out, removing, spreading or stacking of spoils within a lead of 150 m. as directed and including trimming the sides of the trenches, leveling, dressing and ramming the bottom, and backfilling with approved material complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge . II. In all sorts of soil excluding marshy soil & rocks (soft or hard) by manuall means.a) upto 3 m depth (i) With pumping out water including shoring as required.

Dismantling Stone Masonry as per Technical Specification Clause 202. Dismantling of existing structures like culverts, bridges, retaining walls and other structure comprising of stone masonry, including disposal of unserviceable material and stacking the serviceable material with all lift and lead of 1000 m as per Technical Specifications Clause 202 for Rural Roads of MORD.b) Rubble Stone Masonry in Cement Mortar

Dismantling of existing structures like culverts, bridges,retaining walls and other structure comprising of masonry, cement concrete, steel work, including T&P and scaffolding wherever necessary, sorting the dismantled material, disposal of unserviceable material and stacking the serviceable material with all lifts and lead of 1000 m as per Technical Specifications Clause 202 for Rural Roads of MORD.II) By Mechanical Means b) Reinforced Cement Concrete

Supplying and laying Polythene Sheet (150gm / sq.m.) over damp proof course or below flooring or roof terracing or in foundation or in foundation trenches.

Hire and labour charges for Shuttering with or without staging upto 4.0 m height using approved stout props with wooden planks/ply wood/steel sheet plate with required bracing for any kind of plain or reinforced concrete works in all sorts of minor structure including culvert, box culvert, crossdrain etc. The rate is inclusive of fitting, fixing and striking out after completion of work as per specification and direction. (b) Where staging is not required.

Ordinary Cement concrete (mix 1:2:4) with graded stone chips (20 mm nominal size) excluding shuttering and reinforcement,if any, in ground floor as per relevant IS codes..(i) Pakur Variety

Providing and laying Cement concrete Wearing coat M-30 grade with graded stone chips 19mm down including screening and cleaning approved stone chips and sand as necessary laying, finishing complete to camber and grade, curing with water, including cost and carriage of all materials and hire charges for form work including reinforcement complete as per drawing and Technical Specifications vide clause no. 2702 of MoRT&H’s Specification for Road & Bridge Works.

Supplying, fitting and placing un-coated HYSD bar reinforcement in Bridge Foundation including initial straightening, straightening of coils bars, removal of loose rust (if any), cutting to requisite length bending, binding with annealed wire not less than 1 mm in size and conforming to IS 280 at every intersection hooked and bent to correct shape and placed on forms etc. including cost of black annealed wire and cost of loading, unloading, carriage of all steel materials complete as per drawing and technical specifications and direction of Engineer-in-charge..

Supplying, fitting and placing HYSD bar reinforcement in Sub-structure including initial straightening, straightening of coils bars, removal of loose rust (if any), cutting to requisite length bending, binding with annealed wire not less than 1 mm in size and conforming to IS 280 at every intersection hooked and bent to correct shape and placed on forms etc. including cost of black annealed wire and cost of loading,unloading, carriage of all steel materials complete as per drawing and technical specifications and direction of Engineer-in-charge

Earthwork in excavation in all kinds of soil for making embankments,repairs to the embankment, closing breaches etc. as per profile including supply and transporting the earth by truck or tractor or any other mechanical means on land , including loading, transporting, unloading and stacking with all lifts bothways and head load where necessary and depositing the same on embankments, clannels, filling depressions in requisite profile, levelling as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge including Compensation (Govt. land is not available in the vicinity of working site), Royalty & Cess within a lead of, NB :- Measurement to be taken on the basis of stack measurement / prepost work section measurement after deduction of void as per norms. Supplying, spreading and consolidating Moorum to a depth of 75 mm at desired density and C.B.R. as per specification with power roller to proper gradient and camber including watering as necessary, and lighting, guarding, barricading and making adequate earthen bundh where necessary to protect the edges and curing with water for 2 to 3 days, mending cracks by rolling where necessary including all incidental charges of roller, cost of fuel & lubricants etc. complete as per specification.

Providing weep holes in Brick masonry / Plain / Reinforced concrete abutment, wing wall / return wall with 100 mm dia AC pipe, extending through the full width of the structure with slope of 1V:20H towards drawing face. Complete as per drawing and Technical specifications.

Drainage Spouts in Superstructure including providing drip mouldings and also including supplying, fitting and fixing approved type of materials complete as per drawing and Technical specification vide clause no. 2705 of MoRT&H’s Specification for Road & Bridge Works.

Providing and laying of Filter media with granular materials / stone crushed aggregates / brick aggregates / river bed materials satisfying the requirements laid down in clause 2504.2.2 of MoRT&H Specifications to a thickness of not less than 600 mm with smaller size towards the soil and bigger size towards the wall and provided over the entire surface behind abutment, wing wall and return wall to the full height compacted to a firm condition complete as per drawing and technical specification.

Applying Exterior grade Acrylic primer of approved quality and brand on plastered or cencrete surface old or new surface to receive decorative textured(matt finish) or smooth finish acrylic exterior emulsion paint including scraping and preparing the surface throughly, complete as per manufacturer's specification and as per direction of the EIC.In Ground Floor:(b) Two Coats

Protective and Decorative Acrylic exterior emulsion paint of approved quality, as per manufacturer's specification and as per direction of EIC to be applied over acrylic primer as required. The rate includes cost of material, labour, scaffolding and all incidental charges but excluding the cost of primer.a) Normal Acrylic Emulsion

B. Providing and constructing Temporary Service Road of width not less than 3.75 m over river for movement of men, equipment and construction machineries from one pier / abutment location to another pier / abutment location considering necessary stability and safety aspects by providing and driving suitable piles, providing fitting, fixing suitable R.S. Joist, Channels, angles and wooden sleeper as per design requirement including dismantling and taking out the entire service road after construction.ii) With R. S. Joist Pile.b) Height of deck above bed level above3.25 m & upto 4.25 m

Disposal/carriage of excavated earth/materials outside Government land by truck or by any other conveyance over kancha/pucca road including making access for plying the truck or any other conveyance beyond 300m from the excavated point including cost of stacking,loading,unloading,transporting,arrangement of land,if required by agency, spreading and levelling as necessary etc. complete. Measurement:By stacks at loading point after deducting voids as per rule.(This item can only be used after obtaining permission from the concerned Superintending Engineer).).

NB-The rate is inclusive of 18% GST and 1% Cess.
