Manufacturing, providing & Installation of stainless steel of 302 grade (18 gage) 75 mm dia pipe with G.I. stainless steel stand with Retro-Reflective Signage System/palates of highly stressed as per the sample having properties of corrosion resistant weather resistant, colour stability, extreme durability and extreme visibility in all weather conditions in accordance with the IRC specifications complete with computer aided machine process subject matters, logos etc. as per requirement off department by way of cut-outs/printing applications which including providing and assembling of fancy type metal (stainless steel) stanchions with decorative doom shaped tops including desk holders for the system of RHS and SHS as per requirement of Job which including supporting stiffeners for strengthening of the system with providing and fitting of resting toe plates at bottom for embedding which also includes suitable technical provisions by way of accurate pre-drilled holes to enable Hydraulics alloy riveting system for anti theft locking system for extra security including metallic clamps/holders and other necessary allied hardware items wherever necessary as per requirement for department complete with fine finishing and priming by way of ISC. This also includes installation, erecting embedding and fixing in position at various location of site including handling, re-handling, packing cottage including all leads lifts and head loading from dumping site to actual site to actual site of work including embedding in pits of size (2'-6"× 2'-6"×3'-0") with 1:2:4 mix concrete.
