Filling of foundation or plingth by sand in exceeding 1500 mm, as directed & consolidation by thr. Saturation with water ramming ciomplete incl the cost of supply of sand (Payment to be on measurement of finished quantity.

Single brick flat soling of picked jhama bricks including ramming and dressing bed to proper to proper level and filling joints with local sand.

Cement concrete (1:3:6) with 1"/25 mm graded stone chips sand and cement etc. in sub base.

Reinforced cement concrete by M-20 with graded stone chips excluding shuttering work and reinforcement.

TOR steel reinforcement including cutting, bending and laying for above RCC work.

Plaster with sand cement mortar with (1:6) to internal wall 15 mm thick

Plaster with sand cement mortar with (1:6) to external wall 20 mm thick

Flooring Work (Ground Floor)

18 mm to 22 mm thick Kota Stone slab set in 20 mm thick (avg) cement mortar (1:4) in floor, stair and lobby including pointing in cement slurry with admixture of pigment matching the stone shade, including grinding and polishing as per directyon of Engineer-in-charge to match the existing work [slurry for bedding @ 4.4 kg/sqm and pointing @ 2.0 kg/sqm and skirting to stair.
