Supplying and fixing of joint free first quality vitrified tiles of size 600mm x 600mm x 8 mm in CM 1:3 of approved quality and colour including cost of all materials, lead, lift etc complete,

Supply and fixing of door using Solid Core Flush Shutters with teakply on one side and commercial ply on other side with teak wook lipping alround 35mm thick as directed by the engineer including labour charges etc., complete

Supply and fixing of door frame using country wood scantlings with brick masonry with required hinges, tower bolt, handle, door closer as directed by the engineer including labour charges etc., complete

Supplying and fixing UPVC (Un-Plasticized Polyvinyl Chloride) Windows of casement type (open) from the profile the size of outer frame 60mm x 58mm and shutter profile are reinforcement with GI/1mm 125GSM and 100% corrosion free, the profiles are multi chambered sections with wall thick of 2mm. The EPDM rubber (black colour) covered with over all the edges of frame and shutter the shutter will be provided with Espag multi power point locks and also it operates as handle. The corners and joints should be welded and cleaned. Radiations free pin headed plain or brown colour glass 4mm thick should be provided to the shutter and it should not allow leakage of water even at most ranging storms and should have key lockable action, security protective hinges, strong locking systems and as per size for arresting noise and energy loss. The connecting mechanism between sash and outer frame that enables opening of the window. The window should be fixed to the wall with 100% packing with screws and silicon packing all round the frames. (As instructed by the Engineer at site)

Supply and fixing of vertical blinds over the windows including cost of all materials, labour, lead and lift etc., complete.

Supplying,fabricating,erecting and fixing of 10 mm thick plaster of paris plain sheet (gyprock Pop board - Saint Gobain make) for false ceiling at a height of 3 m from the existing floor level,including cost of all materials, lead, lift, fabrication, carving, providing cornice work, droping design work,erection charges, cleaning and removal of debris from the work site, Interior painting with two coats of approved interior emulsion over one coat of primer .The False Ceiling design will be provided and execution of work is to be carried out as per the drawing and without any deviation etc., complete.

Wiring with 2x1.50 sq.mm PVC unsheathed copper multistand cable of 1100 V grade in suitable pvc rigid pipe in wall or ceiling with pvc accessories with TW switch box in flush with wall covered with hylum sheet of 3mm thick with painting of suitable colour with continuous earthwire connection of 14 SWG TC wire for light and Fan points.

Supply and fixing of 18W LED 3000K Square Type Recessed Fitting with complete with all accesseries etc., complete.

Wiring with 2 x 1.5 sq.mm. (22 / 0.3) PVC insulated SC unsheathed copper conductor of 1100V grade in suitable PVC rigid pipe on wall and ceiling with PVC accessories with 150mm x 100mm x 113mm TW switch box in flush with wall with 3mm thick hylem sheet cover for 5A 3 pin non inter locking wall socket with 5A flush type switch with painting of suitable colour with continuous earth wire connection of 14 SWG TC wire for open PVC plug point

Wiring with 2x4 sq.mm Pvc unsheathed copper multistand cable of 1100 V grade in suitable pvc rigid pipe in wall or ceiling with pvc accessories with 150mm x 100mm x 75mm T.W switch box in flush with wall covered with 3mm tk. Hylum sheet for 15 amps 3pin flush type non interlocking C.S plug including pin top with painting of suitable colour with continuous earth wire connection of 14 SWG T.C. wire for plug point. (As instructed by the engineer at site)

Supplying and fixing of 4 pole 32 Amps Isolator 1 No with MCB box 4 pole including terminal block , cost of all materials, lead, lift, labour charge, etc., complete.

Supplying and fixing of RCCB safe trip of appd LEGRAND , ISI make , 25amps with suitable box including cost of all materials labour, lead, lift, etc., complete as per standard specification.

Earthing arrangements with GI Earth Plate including charcoal and salt with necessary excavation in all soils and to full depth as may be required and masonry work, re-filling the sides of foundation with excavated earth as per the standard specification and as directed by the Departmental Officers

Colour washing two coats with Plastic Emulsion paint over one coat of Plastic Emulsion primer for inside wall including necessary plaster of parry's wall putty two coats cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift, etc., complete. (As instructed by the Engineer at site)

Supply,Installation,Testing,Commissioning and handing over of Air cooled self contained 11 TR Ceiling Supsended Ductable AC unit as per the direction of engineer at site.

Supply,fabrication and erection of fabricated ducting made up of GI sheets of 22 Gauge thickness , Supply and fixing of 50mm thick Anti Vibrating Rubber Pads, Supply and fixing of extruded aluminum powder coated, Supply and return Air Grilles / Diffusers with Volume Control Damper ,Supply and providing acoustic for initial portion of ducting with 12mm thick Fibre Glass Rigid Board covered with Tissue Paper and Aluminum Perforated , Sheet Supply and providing thermal insulation of 9mm thick vidoflex with Aluminum Foil , Supply and fixing of Flexible Canvas Connection , Supply and fixing of Copper Refrigerant Piping of 7/8" dia , Supply and filling of R-22 Refrigerant Gas .The design of duct with accessories and execution of work is to be carried out as per the drawing and without any deviation etc., complete.
