SCHEDULE "A" (POWER FENCING)

S & F including testing & commissioning of IP energizer with CE conforming to IEC-60335-2-76, IEC-61000-3-2, IEC-61000-3-3 and IS-8437 standards with on board LCD, key pad, network control and connecting to controlling wirecomplete all as specified and directed. Model No. CS250 with CE marking of crown solar make or other equivalent as approved by GE.

S & F including testing & commissioning of Live lite with one side visibility and atleast 7 Nos. of super bright LEDs emitting red color powered on Fence voltage and flashing at every pulse generated by Energizer along with strobe Light - 1 No. complete with necessary connection up complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F including testing & commissioning of 12V DC Hooter with 300 m range (100 dB) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F including testing & commissioning of solar PV module of rating 12V/74Wp with stand and intelligent charge controller unit with charging facility from solar or conventional energy.

S & F including testing & commissioning of 12V 65 AH battery complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S & F including testing & commissioning of fixing of lightening diverter kit consists of UV stabilized plastic and stainless steel components having provision to alter the arc gap, surface/wall mounted plate complete with necessary connecting up all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

S & F including testing & commissioning of IP 56 rated out door console rack with rain canopy single door, one gland plate, two can locks and 3mm thick mounted plate fixed on mild steel angle ISA 25x25 with 3mm thick with minimum 1 mtr height complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S & F of intermediate posts KIWITAH (V shaped) duly galvanised of 45x25x2mm of 1.3 mtr length out of which 0.3 meter will be grouted on wall but not exeeeding 3mtr length as required at site complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Fixing only internal post made out of 40mm square galvanized pipe of 1.3 meter length with necessary PCC to be fixed on the wall Note:- Necessary post shall be issued under Schedule 'B' free for fixing. (ii) Necessary fixing material, like concrete and earthen material shall be measured and paid separately.

S & F of 25NB medium grade GI post of 1.3m fixed on wall complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S & F including testing & commissioning of break away insulator made out of Polypropylene Co-polymer (PPCP), UV stablized having break load of 25 Kg + 2 Kg suitable to 15 KV rating (dielectric strength) in power fence as required complete as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge

S & F including testing & commissioning of fixing of end strain hooks of 6mm dia made out of hard drawn spring steel/GI, suitable to fix strain insulator in power fence as required complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S & F including testing & commissioning of end strain insulators made up of Polypropylene Co-Polymer having 15 KV (die electric strength) working load more than 150 KG and UV stablized in power of 2.59mm dia in power fence as required complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S & F including testing & commissioning of wire tightner LM6 grade for tightening of power fence complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S& F including testing & commissioning of joint clamps to interconnect fence wire shall be made of zinc coated flat iron with M8 size of SS nuts and bolts with fixing arrangement for power fence complete with fixing all as directed by Engr-in-Charge

S & F including testing & commissioning of HT wire 2.59mm thick complying with IS-398 Part 2 laying on wall not more than 5 mtr height complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S & F including testing & commissioning of fixing of double insulated cable of 2mm dia hot dipped galvanished wire with 9mm thick insulation of 1.1kV garde complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S & F for fixing of warning sign board made out of polyethylene plastic with yellow back ground colour and black letter in English/ local language of size 250x150x3mm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Labour only for fixing of earthing with and including 40mm dia GI pipe light grade of 4ft long with GI clamps along with chemical mixture complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note: Earthing materials shall be issued under Schedule "B" free for fixing.

S & F of PC desk top 1TB hard disk, 4 GB RAM minimum i5 10th generation processor 32” LED monitor/display complete with installed original latest version of solar fence software and suitable UPS with 30 min backup with capacity of integrating the further solar fence, provision with suitable stand/table as recommended OEM complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S & F including testing & commissioning of 500VA UPS with 30 minutes back up with provision of stand/table complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S & F including testing & commissioning of fixing/ laying of 6 core armoured single mode optical fiber cable running through with 1” dia HDPE conduit pipe with all accessories complete as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note:-One running meter of Cat 6 OFC and one running meter of HDPE conduit shall be measured as one unit.

S & F including testing & commissioning of fixing of 3 core 2.5 Sqmm armoured/ sheathed copper conductor cable 1.1 Kv grade power cable all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

S & F including testing & commissioning networking components consisting of 08 port layers to manage gigabits ehthernet switch with 2 gigabits SFP port, LIU, splicinig and accessories all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S & F including testing & commissioning of fixing Gate top electrification with 1 mtr height fence on existing gate all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S & F 1.2mm thick 50mmx50mm perforated hot dip galvanized iron cable tray with fixing mechanism on wall surface complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Fixing only fence wire of 2.59mm dia as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- Fencing wire shall be issued under schedule 'B' free for fixing.

Excavation in trenches n. exc. 1.5m wide and n. exc.1.5m in depth for foundations, shafts, wells, manholes, pier holes, laying of under ground cables or pipe etc., n exc 10 sq m on plan and getting out in soft/loose soil all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per item No. 1.28 above but in hard/ dense soil.

Returning, filling in including, spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n. exc. 25cm thick complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing of excavated soil to a distance n.exc 50m and depositing where directed at level n.exc 1.5 above the starting point complete all specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for GI tube, light grade galvanised with all fittings of size 40mm dia tubing with necessary fittings fixed to pole/wall/surface or in trench complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for Plain Cement Concrete Type C2 1:3:6 (using 40 mm graded granite stone aggregate) in foundations, filling and mass concrete etc. complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F HDPE pipe 40mm bore of pressure rating 6kgf/sqcm laid in trenches including connected accessories complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for chemical earthig complete with 8mm dia SS rod electrode, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 1.2m deep and 0.5m diameter below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.2m below normal ground level, connected to system/fence earth lead by earth clamp to fix cable means of necessary bolts, nuts, washers of galvanized iron or steel upto 1m length, 8mm dia SS rod protected by and including GI pipe 40mm dia bore of 4ft length (medium grade) and connected to main test point as directed including, combination of chemical mixture of around 6Kg of bentonite powder for creating more conductive condition and brick work earth work in any type of strata complete all as directed including testing on completion complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.
