Reinforced cement concrete, M-15 (Nominal mix), type B-1, (with 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as) in slabs supported on walls, slabs over drain, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like, including formwork, all as specified.

Formwork to soffits of suspended slabs of any width and thickness such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work; not exceeding 200mm thick (Horizontal or sloping) in rough finished flat surface of concrete complete all as specified.

TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending, spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips as in stirrups, spacers and binders, all as specified.

Fly ash brick work with old size bricks having crushing strength not less than 75 Kg/Sqcm, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 metre mean radius built in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), complete all as specified.

Walling random rubble masonry with best quality locally available stone, uncoursed, well bonded, bedded, solidly hearted and built in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand), all as specified. Note: Locally available slate stone shall not be used.

All as per item No. 12 above but except stone.

Plain cement concrete M-15 nominal mix, type B-1 using 20 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate as in surface channel and drains including necessary form work, complete all as specified and directed.

Plain cement concrete M-10, nominal mix, type C-2, using 40mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate as in sub base floor, 75mm thick, surface finished even and fair without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

Plain cement concrete M-15, nominal mix, type B-1, using 20mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate as in flooring/hardstanding etc., 100mm thick, surface finished even and fair without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Glass dividing strips width of strip 38mm, 3mm thick and inserted in position, conform to design, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for spike rolling to surfaces or making impression of expanded metal, whilst the concrete is green complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Chequered cement concrete tiles machine pressed of size 30cmx30cmx 25mm/ 20cmx20cmx 25mm thick with grey cement, set jointed & pointed in neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab in floors laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 complete, all as specified.

Fixing only chequered cement concrete tiles machine pressed of size 30cmx30cmx 25mm/ 20cmx20cmx 25mm thick with grey cement, set jointed & pointed in neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab in floors laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 complete, all as specified. (except tiles) Note:- Chequered cement concrete tiles shall be issued in schedule 'B'

Dismantling stone slabs and paver blocks and tiles of any description or thickness, laid bedded and pointed in any mortar in floors, aprons etc. including removal of debris to a distance exc 1.5 km but n.exc 2 km, all as specified and as directed.

Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 Grade with grey cement and no pigment laid over and including 25mm thick sand cushion, joints of tiles filled with dry sand and compacted with mechanical vibrator complete all as specified and directed.

Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80 mm thickness, M-40 Grade with grey cement and no pigment laid over and including 25mm thick sand cushion, joints of tiles filled with dry sand and compacted with mechanical vibrator complete all as specified and directed.

Laying only machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 Grade with grey cement and no pigment laid over and including 25mm thick sand cushion, joints of tiles filled with dry sand and compacted with mechanical vibrator complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Serviceable paver block 60mm thick obtained from dismantling used in this item.

Plain cement concrete M-15, nominal mix, B-1 using 20mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate as in lintels upto 1.5 metre clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, chamfered angles and throating, complete all as directed Note :- (i) The unit rate include for use of form work (straight or curved). (ii) Reinforcement if any shall be measured and paid separately.

Cleaning operation shall involve:- 1. Dewatering of water tanks, contractor shall bring own arrangement for dewatering pump, suitable piping till nearest drain etc. as instructed by Engr-In-Charge. 2. Cleaning and removal of algae from bottom, side walls, partitions, internal openings etc. with cleaning of scrubber with cleaning detergent suitable for tank cleaning without damaging tank surface and waterproofing etc. and final cleaning of tank with water. 3. All the operations should be executed by trained workers and technicians. 4. Any damages to water tank, fixtures and fitting during cleaning operation shall be repaired/ replaced by the contractor with no cost to govt. 5. Date of cleaning shall be written with synthetic enamel paint.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cu. M, getting out in any type of soil, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm and removal of surplus soil to be distance n.exc 50M and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5m high from the starting point, all as specified.

Plain cement concrete M-10, nominal mix, C-2, using 40mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate as in foundation, filling and mass concrete, complete all as specified.

Mild steel angle iron work inposts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165, complete all as specified.

Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, length of bolt exc 5cm but n exc 10cm long, Diameter of neck 10mm, complete all as speciied.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provission of binding wire, complete all as specified.

Supply Only Chain link hot dipped galvanisd fencing, any size or type, complete all as specified.

Galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails, straining bolts including securing or tying at crossing with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc., fixed in repair complete all as specified. (each line wire to be measured)

Restraining, and resecuring including making good staples and tying with mild steel dinding wire (wherever required) etc. existing barbed wire any description, complete all as specified.

Note:- Cost of the form work shall be deemed to be included in unit rate (straight or curved).

Providing precast cement concrete louvers and jallies, M-15, type B-0 with 12.50mm graded crushed stone aggregate 35mm thick (measured solid), including all mouldings but excluding frame set in CM 1:4, complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning of existing sewage line of 150mm bore and any depth by roding or by other means from adjascent manhole without breaking existing pipes including washing the pipe line with water after roding to make the line smooth functional/perfect flow without any obstruction by removing all blockages in the line and removing all spoil, silt sludge and other deposits from pipe line and making the line free from all obstacles including taking off and refixing of manhole covers, cutting vegetable growth over/shurbs/hurbs etc along and over sewage line and removing all spoil, silt, sludge grass and other deposits etc to garbage dumping yard as specified by station authorities in covered van/trolly complete all as directed.

Cleaning of existing sewage line of 100mm bore and any depth by roding or by other means from adjascent manhole without breaking existing pipes including washing the pipe line with water after roding to make the line smooth functional/perfect flow without any obstruction by removing all blockages in the line and removing all spoil, silt sludge and other deposits from pipe line and making the line free from all obstacles including taking off and refixing of manhole covers, cutting vegetable growth over/shurbs/hurbs etc along and over sewage line and removing all spoil, silt, sludge grass and other deposits etc to garbage dumping yard as specified by station authorities in covered van/trolly complete all as directed.

Cleaning of septic tank of 100 users capacity by pumping fluid with sewage cleaning pump and collect the same in water tight container and dispose off out side MoD land disludging of sludge and other foreign materials upto bottom of compartments of septic tank including intercepting chamber and removing to excavated pits of appropriate size (burying of sludge and spreading the earth not exc 30cm thick over filled sludge and removing surplus soil where directed including sprinkling of bleaching powder around) and washing down with water including cutting of vegetable growth/shurbs /hurbs etc upto 3.00 mtr from outer edge of septic tank walls complete and removing all spoil, silt, sludge grass and other deposits etc to garbage dumping yard as specified by station authorities in covered van/trolly complete all as directed.

Cleaning of septic tank of 50 users capacity by pumping fluid with sewage cleaning pump and collect the same in water tight container and dispose off out side MoD land disludging of sludge and other foreign materials upto bottom of compartments of septic tank including intercepting chamber and removing to excavated pits of appropriate size (burying of sludge and spreading the earth not exc 30cm thick over filled sludge and removing surplus soil where directed including sprinkling of bleaching powder around) and washing down with water including cutting of vegetable growth/shurbs /hurbs etc upto 3.00 mtr from outer edge of septic tank walls complete and removing all spoil, silt, sludge grass and other deposits etc to garbage dumping yard as specified by station authorities in covered van/trolly complete all as directed.

Cleaning of septic tank of 25 users capacity by pumping fluid with sewage cleaning pump and collect the same in water tight container and dispose off out side MoD land disludging of sludge and other foreign materials upto bottom of compartments of septic tank including intercepting chamber and removing to excavated pits of appropriate size (burying of sludge and spreading the earth not exc 30cm thick over filled sludge and removing surplus soil where directed including sprinkling of bleaching powder around) and washing down with water including cutting of vegetable growth/shurbs /hurbs etc upto 3.00 mtr from outer edge of septic tank walls complete and removing all spoil, silt, sludge grass and other deposits etc to garbage dumping yard as specified by station authorities in covered van/trolly complete all as directed.

Dewatering of soakage well/soakage pits of 1.80m dia and 3m deep by pumping fluid with sewage cleaning pump and collect the same in water tight container and dispose off to garbage dumping yard as specified by station authorities and taking out sludge and other foreign materials including cutting of vegetable growth/shurbs/hurbs etc upto 3.00mtr from outer edge of walls of soakage well/pit complete and removing all spoil, silt, sludge, grass and other deposits etc to garbage dumping yard as specified by station authorities in covered van/trolly complete all as directed.

Cleaning and desludging gully trap by taking out all sludge and other foregin materials and cleaning line upto 1st manhole and washing down with water including cutting of vegetable growth around gully trap complete and removing all spoil, silt, sludge, grass and other deposits etc to garbage dumping yard as specified by station authorities land in covered van/trolly complete all as directed.

Opening and cleaning of any obstructions/blockages in floor trap of kitchen, urinals, bath rooms and wash hand basin etc including including taking off and refixing grating with white cement including cleaning of waste pipe upto 1st manhole/gully trap (in case of ground floor) and upto tee junction (in case of other floors), complete all as directed.

Cleaning of any obstructions/blockages WC/EWC (at ground floor) by removing all sludge/ waste etc and cleaning of connected pipe upto 1st manhole and washing down with water complete and removing all spoil, silt, sludge, grass and other deposits etc to garbage dumping yard as specified by station authorities land in covered van/trolly complete all as directed.

Excavation in trenches n exc 1.5m wide & exc 1.5m but n.exc 3m in depth for foundation etc or for shafts, wells, cesspits manholes, pier holes etc n. exc 10 Sqm on plan n exc 1.5 metre in depth and getting out in any type of soil, complete all as specified.

Brick work with old size fly ash bricks having crushing strength not less than 75 Kg/Sqcm, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls built in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), all as specified.

Dismantling of PVC, 75 to 110mm bore, cast iron or reinforced concrete drain pipes, jointed in cement mortar and taking out of trenches, if required, all as specified.

PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints, fixed to wall or laid on floors, of bore 110mm including clamps etc. complete, all as specified and directed.

20mm bore Ball brass valves, high pressure, with polythene float and flynut complete, screwed for iron pipe or brass ferrule and fixed in repair, all as specified.
