Taking down cement plaster on stone/brick/concrete surfaces including racking out joint, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for plastering 15 mm thick (in two coats of 10 mm and 5 mm thick) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces (on vertical surfaces) mixed with and including water proofing compound as per manufacturer instructions in cement mortar 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparation of newly plastered surface of wall and applying two coats cement base paint over one coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparation of old surface of walls by washing, rubbing down and stopping of distempered and painted surfaces and applying two coats of cement base paint complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for brick work with fly ash bricks of class designation 7.5 and non-modular size as per IS 12894: 2002, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete(unreinforced) in ground floors and paving not exceeding 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for cement concrete M10 (Nominal Mix) using 20 mm nominal size graded crushed stone aggregate in lintels upto 1.5 m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs, water troughs, slab staging for water tanks, filling of pressed steel door frame, fixing of hold fasts and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating including necessary formworks complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling structural steel work in cluding doors, gates but excluding framed truss etc complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F hot rolled medium and high tensile structural steel of grade E 250 quality C conforming to IS 2062: 2011 as in framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering, doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or RCC.) any section embedded in natural ground, including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground

S & F hot rolled low tensile structural steel of grade E165 as per IS 15911: 2010 as in hand rails, half round or other steel section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embedding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts; posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar works complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F 2 mm thick glass fibre reinforced translucent plastics sheeting of any profile, diffusion classification I with two corrugations side lap fixed with coach screw and washer in roof, wall etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F mild steel screw bolts (machine made), diameter of neck 5 to 10 mm with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, exceeding 5 cm but not exceeding 10 cm long complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh, any type complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only galvanized steel chain link fence fabric of mesh size 50 mm X 50 mm, made out of 2.5 nominal dia mesh wire, heavy zinc coating type conforming to IS 2721: 2003 complete all as specified and as directed.

Fixing only galvanized steel chain link fence fencing including line wires any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provn of binding wire complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in repairs galvanized steel barbed wire with two strands of line wire of dia 2.24 mm and barbed with point wire of dia 2 mm at 75 mm spacing straining and fixing to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts including securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised iron binding wire, GI staples or steel pins, etc. complete all as specified and as directed. (two strand of line wire will be measured as one unit).

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each not exceeding 0.5 cum, getting out in soft/ loose soil, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm, watering and removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and making good surface complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for cement concrete in foundation, filling and mass concrete in M7.5(Nominal Mix) using 40 mm nominal size graded crushed stone aggregate complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for cement concrete in foundation, filling and mass concrete in M10(Nominal Mix) using 40 mm nominal size graded crushed stone aggregate complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F hot rolled medium and high tensile structural steel of grade E165 as per IS 15911: 2010 as in framed work such as grills, grating, etc., with ends of bars of shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes, framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework water tanks and similar work complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises

M&L Glazed ceramic coloured tiles on vertical surfaces 350x 250x7 mm/450X350X7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match, laid over and including 10 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 backing, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 20 mm thick granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms and like over and including 15 mm thick cement mortar (1:6) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite incl cutting hole of 25mm dia for gas pipe if required complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and installation of Cladage 6mm thick exterior grade UV protected for wall/ceiling F- quality panels of standard size. Cladage interior panels are high-pressure laminates (HPL) as per EN 438-7, type EDF manufactured using patented technology (NT), Panels are double hardened including acrylic polyurethane resin which is thermally cured under high pressure & high temperature. termite free, water resistant. Explanation NT: Nonfading high performance acrylic polyurethane surface technology. Installation of Cladage panels will be done by high quality rivets with recommended aluminium ‘T’ section and ‘L’ section held by aluminium wall bracket with wind load and dead load slot as per design, anchored by standard Hilti/ Fischer or equivalent make anchor fasteners along with thermal separator, installation of Cladage panels will be done using rear ventilated principles only which is ensured by providing 200 Sqcm/ per meter (for free flow of air behind the façade) for the façade and using the framework with no horizontal section complete all as specified and as directed. Make : Oreo/ Alstone/ Greenlam or techno commercially equivalent make as specified in PS.

Excavating in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. or for cable laying or not exceeding 10 sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm in soft/ loose/ hard/ dense soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material (soils) not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Preparation of newly or previously untreated steel surface of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for precast cement concrete louvers and jallies, 35 mm thick (measured solid) in cement concrete M15 (Nominal mix) using 12.5 mm nominal size coarse aggregate including all mouldings but excluding frame and fixed in position using cement mortar (1:6) including taking down old unserviceable jallies complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for point wiring for one 3 pin/ 5 pin 5 Amps socket outlet on independent board complete with and including single core PVC insulated, unsheathed flexible conductor FR-LSH cables 1.5 sqmm as per IS 694: 2010, ISI marked, annealed, multistranded copper conductor drawn through & including heavy mechanical stresses class and -5 temperature class PVC casing/capping of suitable size as required at site including modular/ non modular type, all accessories/ fittings/ junction boxes/ inspection cover etc. ISI marked and sunk terminal boxes flush galvanised metal boxes suitable for fixing with 1.5 sqmm copper conductor PVC insulated, unsheathed flexible multistranded copper conductor FR-LSH cable as continuous earth wire connected to metallic body at one end and common earth dolly to other end complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F switch, 6A, single pole, one way, 240 V, AC, 50 Hz, ordinary (IPXO), normal gap construction, unenclosed, flush type, screw type terminals, pattern no. 1, rocker type, design A complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F 3 pin socket outlets, 6A, 240 V, AC, 50 Hz with earthing contact, rewirable, pillar type terminal, normal protection, unenclosed, without Shutter, Flush type, Design B complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F evaporative air coolers (desert coolers) as per IS 3315: 2019, minimum air capacities 4000 cum per hour, sump tank capacity 120 litres, cooling efficiency not less than 65%, maximum power consumption 400 watts, steel body, noise level not more than 65 dBA at 1 m distance complete all as specified and as directed.
