Material and labour preparation of new steel surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour preparation of old steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for PCC (1:2:4) type B0 using 12.50 mm graded stone aggregate as in haunching, roof kerb, levelling course or similar work complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only integral water proofing compound (WPC) of best quality (ISI marked).

M & L for cleaning surfaces to receive the water proofing treatment, applying 10mm thick plastering in CM 1:4 mixed with WPC @ 3% by weight of cement finished even and smooth and curing for seven days and after fully dried plastered surfaces cleaning the plaster surfaces, applying one coat of hot paving bitumen of penetration value 85/25 conforming to IS 73 @ 1.20 kg/sqm over a coat of bitumenous primer @ 0.25 ltrs per sqm and applying a layers of APP based polymeric membrane, 3mm thick (minimum) weight 3.00 Kg/sqm reinforced with polyster non woven fabric (weighing not less than 150 gms/sqm) shall be applied over Bitumenious primer (Application of polymeric memberane shall be by torch application, over laps shall be minimum 100mm on the transverse direction & 75 mm on the longtudinal direction) polymeric membrane shall be taken to a height of 60 cm (minimum) and then inserted inside the groove of parapet wall and shall be finished by membrane flashing, (conti..)

coved fillet in PCC (1:2:4) type B-0 of radius 75 mm shall be provided at the junction of roof & other vertical surfaces and surfaces shall be painted with hot paving bitumen of penetration value 85/25 conforming to IS 73 @ 1.20 kg/sqm & applying one coat of aluminium paint over the APP modified membrane @ 0.11 kg/sqm complete all as specified and as directed. Note: (i) WPC will be measured and paid separately. (ii) Cutting of grooves will be carried out by using mechanical means like groove cutter/wall chaser.

Demolition of un-reinforced cement concrete in ground floor and paving not exceeding 15 cm thick (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying 50 mm bore galvanised GI tubing, light grade with all fittings for passing of UG cables including taking up / down old unserviceable tubing complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of old panel complete with all accessories and supply, installation, testing and commissioning, CPRI approved factory made and tested, LT feeder pillar box, outdoor type of size 1100mm x 1000mm x 350mm platform mounted. The panel shall be dust and vermin proof, IP65 class protection and madeout of 3.15 mm thick CRCA MS Sheet and 50x50x5mm thick angle iron frame work, powder coated finish over one coat of red oxide primer outside and two coats of red oxide primer on inside, front opening type, with aprons for cable entry, with double door shutter and locking arrangement, internal wiring with 2.5 sqmm PVC insulated, stranded copper conductor cable, IS-694 marked of adequate size and internal connection from MCCBs, MCBs and TPN aluminium bus bar and extension links of rating not less than 1.5 times the rated capacity of the respective MCCBs. The TPN bus bar and extension links shall be insulated with colour code heat shrinkable sleeve and shall be mounted epoxy regin insulator to contactor not less than 10 sqmm single core copper cable stranded copper conductor cable, IS-694 marked.
