Manpower engagement in petrolling of overhead line during fault finding and its rectification (3 heads × 12 shift = 36 manshift of skilled manpower)

Manpower engagement for freshening of jumpers/cleaning of dust on insulators/replacement of nut bolt & other miscellaneous jobs on overhead line (5 heads × 7 shift = 35 manshift of semiskilled manpower)

Manpower engagement for trimming of tree branches/clearing route near poles for patrolling way (approx. 3 heads × 4 shift; corrected to 12 manshift of unskilled manpower)

Transportation of 12 m poles – 6 nos (unskilled 5 × 2 shifts)

Supplying of channel iron 75 mm × 40 mm × 6 mm (7.14 kg/metre) V shape cross arm for two 11 KV overhead line conductors complete with 50 mm × 6 mm M.S flat iron clamps, bolts and nuts including drilling holes for insulator pins, bolts, nuts and washers etc. (as per drawing) and painting with primer and finish paint as required

Supply and replacement of low value 11 KV disc insulators

Outdoor type cable end jointing with supply and fitting of necessary materials for cable size 240 sq.mm

Dismantling of ACSR wolf conductor in forest region (6 span × 60 mtr × 3 wire = 1080 mtr × 0.727 kg)

Re‑erection of wolf conductor after changing discs (same point 4)

Supplying and erection of old, damaged and rusted stay set

Supplying and fitting of H.T pin insulators

Rehandling of 240 sqmm PVC cable during outdoor jointing at cable end (30 mtr × 2 outdoor joints)

Supplying and drawing of earth wire 300 mtrs (G.I wire 8 SWG)

Supplying of G.I wire of 8 SWG for making cradle guards (2.5 × 60 mtr × 5 spans = 750 mtr)

Erection of cradle guard at road crossings/residential areas wherever not available (5 spans × 10 boxes each)

U clamp for strengthening of jumpers (4 sets × 3 phase = 12 sets per cut point per feeder)

Total impact of GST for the purpose of CTC
