Earthwork in excavation in all kinds classification of soil in foundation of structures upto all depth/ height as per drawing and technical specification Clause 305.1 includding setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious material and disposal upto all lead and lifts dressing of sides and bottom and back filling with approved material and disposal of all surplus excavated earth in specified site with in all leads lifts and technical specifications as per the direction by the Engineer-in-Charge and other incidentals. Providing weep holes in brick masonry /stone masonry/plain reinforced concrete abutment,wing wall and return wall with 100mm ( One Hundred millimetres ) dia PVC pipe extending through the full width of structure with slope of 1:20 ( One vertical twenty horizontal ) towords drawing face complete as per drawing and technical specification clause 614.709,1204.3.7 including entire carriage of material with in all leads lifts and technical specifications as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including other incidentals. Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm ( One millimetre), of approved brand and manufacturer JK wall putty/ Birla white Putty make over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete upto all floor level including entire carriage of material with in all leads lifts and technical specifications as per the direction by the Engineer-in-Charge and other incidentals. Finishing walls with 100% ( one hundred percent)Premium acrylic emulsion paint make NEROLAC/BERGER(BISON ACRYLIC) ASIAN PAINTS(TRECTOR,ACRYLIC) SHALIMAR of having VOC lessthan 50 gm (fifty grams)/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali and fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (CompanyDepot Tinted) with silicon additives.New work (Two or more coats applied @ 1.43(one point four three) litre/ 10 (ten)squaremetre Over andincluding priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90itre/10 ten sqm ( zero point nine zero per squaremetre) including entire carriage of material with in all leads and lifts and as per drawings and technical specifications and the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including other incidentals.The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, sale tax , GST or other taxes imposed by the Govt.
