Item No 01 : S&F Bib tap 15 mm bore chromium plated, screwed down high pressure with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed both ends for iron pipes or for unions, complete all as specified and directed. (Make:Jaquare CAT No -CON-037 KN or equivalent)

Item No 02 : S&F Angle stop valve cast copper alloy screwed down high pressure, fancy type chromium plated with long shank and cup (conceled type) screwed both ends for iron pipe suitable for 15 mm bore, complete all as specified and directed.(Make : Jaquare CAT No -053 KN or equivalent)

Item No 03 : S&F hand shower (helth Faucet) (ABS Body) with 1 Mtr. Long PVC tube & wall hook complete all as specified and directed. Make: Jaguar Cat No-ALD-CHR 583 OR EQUIVALENT

Item No 04 : S&F Pillar taps, cast copper alloy with capstan heads, chromium plated, screwed down high pressure, with long screwed shanks and fly-nuts, screwed for iron pipe and fixed of 15 mm bore, complete all as specified and directed. Make : Jaquare CAT No -CQT-23347 or equivalent.

Item No 05 : Point wiring for; one light/fan/bell buzzer point or one call bell point controlled by one switch with FRLS Cable 1100 V grade single core comfirming IS 694 (1990) PVC insulated and unsheathed multi stranded FRLS copper conductor 1.5 sq mm as wiring and earth continuity conductor 1.5 sq mm PVC insulated connecting to common earth, drawn in & including concealed non metalic rigid PVC conduit medium grade ISI marked not less than 20 mm dia with all fitting & accessories including factory made MS/pressed steel terminal boxes zinc coated thickness 1.6mm suitable for mounting switches and fan regulator etc and 3 mm thick plastic laminated sheet top cover, complete all as per requirement at site.

Item No 06 : All as per item No 05 above but 3 pin socket out let 5 Amps on the indipendant board.

Item No 09 : all as per item No 05 herein before but for one three pin 15 Amps socket outlet on independent board with 1100V grade PVC insulated and unsheathed 2.5 Sq mm stranded FRLS copper conductor cable and PVC insulated, and unsheathed copper conductor 2.5 sq mm as earth continuity conductor, drawn in & incl concealed PVC conduit medium grade ISI Marked not less than 20 mm dia with conduit fitting & acces incl. anodized pressed steel boxes thickness 1.6mm suitable for switches and sockets as per requirement at site.

Item No 11 : Supply and Fixing fresh air fan heavy duty of size 200 mm sweep 900 RPM operating on 230Volts AC 50 Hz, Air discharge 860 CMH, single phase with louvers mounting MS rag bolts etc and fixing of provision of PVC insulated and sheathed three core FRLS copper conductor flexible cable of size 16 / 0.20 mm of sufficient length complete all as specified and directed. Make : Havells/ Bajaj / Khaitan.

MAKE:- SHAKTI Cat Part No. SZC 46, 18 W or equivalent model in Wipro / Havells/ Bajaj.

Item No 16 : S & F LED Mirror light fitting 7 Watt including tube rod 7 Watt and fixed on wall surface with PVC square box for self aligning and connected with 3 core flexible copper cable PVC insulated of size16/0.20mm etc complete all as specified and directed. Make : Shakti Cat part No SZC 46 7 W or equivalent in Wipro / Havells / Bajaj.

Item No 17 : S&F LED serne 2'x2' LED luminare with powder coated housing with opaque acrylic diffuser complete with all accessories make- Shakti cat part NO - SZD 13, 15 watt or equivalant in Wipro/Havells/Bajaj

Item No 20 : Earthing complete with Galvanized iron earth plate electrode 600 x 600 mm & 6 mm thick burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metre deep below normal Ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.6 meter below normal ground level connected to galvanized earth lead wire 4 mm dia by means of bolts, nuts check nuts galvanized iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of MES sch pt I testing on completion with & incl. 15mm bore medium grade GI protection pipe 7.5 mtr long for earth lead, PCC (1:3:6) pit with pre cast RCC (1:2:4) cover watering arrangement with funnel, wire mesh 20mm bore light grade GI pipe, common salt & char coal fixing necessary excavation earth work complete. Item No 32 : Supply, laying, jointing, testing XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, steel strip armoured, electric cable Heavy duty with stranded copper conductor 1100 Volt grade cross section area 35 sqmm 3.5 core laid in trenches or passing through pipe or fixed on poles complete all as directed.

Item No 33 : S&F MCCB, 63 Amps, 4 pole, 415 Volts, 50 HZ, 25 KA breaking capacity conforming to IS 8828 complete all as specified and directed at site.

Item No 34 : RCC single hume pipe culvert 450 mm dia in non expansive soil 6 Mtr long including all necessary earth work complete all as specified and shown on (TD)drawing.

Item No 35 : M&L for road marking paint with hot applied thermo plastic paint 2mm thick heaving clear and sharp edges ofer road surface including straightening portion etc. in any situation. The thermo plastic material shall be homogeneously composed of aggregate pigment resin and glass reflector resin beads in required percentage as specified. The work including for cleaning of road surface, heating the paint within temperature limit as specified by the manufacturer complete all as specified and directed.

Item No 36 : Provision SEPTIC TANK for 50 users including excavation and earth work in any type of soil in foundation and necessary returning filling and ramming and removal upto 50m, PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 in foundation, PCC (1:2:4) type B-2 as in base, brick work in Cm (1:4), 15mm thick plaster in CM (1:4) finished even and smooth with using extra cement, RCC M-25 concrete slab cover including necessary reinforcement and form work, including precast RCC type B-1, manhole cover 50mm thick having 6mm thick plate embedded all around fiber reinforced cover with angle iron frame, 100mm dia AC vent pipe and cowel 100mm dia CI inlet and out let pipe with "T" with shaft and sludge chambers etc complete all as specified and shown on (TD) drawing.

Item No 37 : Provision Soak well of size 2.4 M dia and 4.5 M deep including excavation & earth works in any type of soil in foundation and necessary returning, filling and ramming and removal upto 50m, PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 in foundation, PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 as in band, brick work in CM (1:4), and honey combed jointing and pointing with CM (1:4), 100mm thick RCC M-25 concrete slab cover including necessary reinforcement and form work, including Precast RCC type B-1 manhole cover 50mm thick having 6mm thick plate embedded all around fiber reinforced cover with angle iron frame filling with brick bats complete all as specified & shown on (TD) drawings.

Note for Schedule of Credit Amount of credit Rs. 90006.25 given in credit Schedule shall be deducted manually from the quoted Lump sum to arrive at Contract Sum.
