Almirah Large Steel with Shelf :- All as shown on drawing No FD-1031 Almirah Large steel w/shelves shall be made to the shape, size and design as shown on drg. All CR sheets shall be of 20 gauge thick for entire body, shelves and legs irrespective of what is shown on drg. Locking arrangement shall be provided all as specified and shown on drg. SS Handle shall be provided. Lock shall be of 6 levers of Make:Godrej/EBCO/Link/Rydass. 04 Nos Plastic insert moulded screw leg cum leveler (plinth Screw) Make :Ebco/Hettich used with cross nut or self tapping insert shall be provided to legs as approved by Engr-in-charge All metal work shall be epoxy powder coating after applying metallic putty and preparation of surface smooth. The shade of powder coating shall be as approved by GE/EIC in dual colour/tone. Complete all as per drg or as specified by GE/ Engr-in-Charge.

All CR sheets shall be of 20 gauge thick for entire body, shelves and legs irrespective of what is shown on drgt. Front shutters shall have two leaves. Three shelves equally spaced making four compartments shall be provided. All joints, welding & fixing shall be done in accordance with the standard workmanship and specification shown in drawing. A three-way locking device controlled by a brass lever lock of Make: Godrej/EBCO/Link/Rydass and operated by a chromium plated metallic S -Type handle-01 No shall be provided. CP Handle and Locking arrangement with duplicate key shall be provided to the drawer and locker both . 04 Nos Plastic insert moulded screw leg cum leveler (plinth Screw) Make:Ebco/Hettich used with cross nut or self tapping insert shall be provided to legs as approved by Engr-in-charge . All steel surfaces shall be powder coated. The shade of powder coating shall be as approved by GE and in dual/contrast colour. Complete all as shown on drg and as directed by EIC.

Hot Food Trolley :- All as shown on drawing No HFD-2006 The Hot Food Trolley shall be procured directly from manufacturer or their authorized dealer as per their own drawing as mentioned in Model & Make of Godrej, Methodex, Durian, Hitech Metal & Medical Equpt Model - HITECH - 45. Rajan Kitchen Equpt, Vanya Industrial. Complete all as shown on drg and as directed by EIC.

Locker Bed Side Steel :- All as shown on drawing No FD-1029 Overall size shall be 760mm long, 600mm wide and 1100mm high. All CR sheets shall be of 20 gauge thick for entire body, shelves and legs irrespective of what is shown on drg. A three-way locking device controlled by a brass lock of Make: Godrej/EBCO/Link/Rydass and operated by a chromium plated metallic S -Type handle-01 No shall be provided. All steel surfaces ext/int shall be provided with two coats of synthetic enameled paint over a coat of primer with spray machine after preparation of surface with putty. Contrast colour or as directed shall be applied on body and shutters. Colour shall be approved by GE. Complete all as shown on drg and as directed by EIC.

Ladder Aluminium :- All as shown on drawing No FD-1025 Overall size of aluminium ladder shall be 2310mm long and 363.5 mm wide. The clear space between the stringers shall be 300mm.Two aluminium strigers 60mmx31.75mm lmade in 'C' shape and 3.18mm thick aluminium shall be 2310mm long and joined together with aluminium rungs of aluminium conduit fluted pipe rungs ends bent to shape as show on drawing. Eight aluminium rungs of aluminium conduit pipe of wall thickness not less than 2.43mm shall be equally spaced after leaving 150mmfrom bottom and top. Hard rubber Cap/Shoes shall be provided to bottom and top of aluminium stringers. Complete all as per drawing and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Table 3 X 2 with out drawer steel :- All as shown on drawing No FD-1007 Overall size shall be 900 mm x 600 mm x 760 mm. Steel frame shall be of 800 mm x 500 mm x 742 mm. Frame shall be made of 25 mm square MS tube with 1.6 mm thick sheet, The top shall be made of 19mm thick pre-laminated particle board exterior grade-I, type-II (Make- Century/Greenply/Action Tesa) with all edges covered with 0.8 mm thick PVC edge-banding with autolipped through feed CNC machine. All steel surfaces shall be powder coated finish Colour shall be approved by GE/EIC. Complete all as shown on drg and as directed by EIC.

Table 3 X3 steel :- All as shown on drawing No FD-1009 Overall size shall be 900 mm x 900 mm x 760 mm. Steel frame shall be of 800 mm x 800 mm x 742 mm. Frame shall be made of 25 mm square MS tube with 1.6 mm thick sheet, The top shall be made of 19mm thick pre-laminated particle board exterior grade-I, type-II (Make-Century/Greenply/Action Tesa) with all edges covered with 0.8mm thick PVC edgebanding with autolipped through feed CNC machine. All steel surfaces shall be powder coated finish Colour shall be approved by GE/EIC. Complete all as shown on drg and as directed by EIC.

Chair Verandah :- All as shown on drawing No FD-359 Frame shall be made of 20 mm dia MS conduit pipe 1.6 mm thick. 10 mm dia MS rod shall be welded between front legs as shown in drawing. Irrespective of whatever is shown on drawing, Canning of chair shall be done in Mat Pattern as per trade practice with 4 mm plastic cane half round of approved quality . Hard rubber shoes shall be provided to legs. All metal work shall be epoxy powder coating after applying metallic putty and preparation of surface smooth. Complete all as per drg or as specified by GE/ Engr-in-Chg.

Bed Hard Steel :- All as shown on drawing No FD/E6/MAP/08 (R) The complete frame work shall be made of CRCA box section with 16 guage (Make-Apollo/Bhushan steel/Prakash surya). Long rails and short rail shall be made of 25mm x 65mm MS rectangular Pipe of 18 gauge thickness. Frame work for foot/head board shall be 18mm x 18mm MS rectangular Pipe of 18 gauge thickness. The bed top shall be 12 mm thick plywood top BWP grade (Make: Green Gold from Greenply/Platinum Prime from Archidply/ Bond 710 from Century ply). The main frame work for foot/head board along with legs shall be made out of MS rectangular Pipe of 38mm x 38mm with 18 G thick. The foot board / head board shall be covered with 18mm thick prelemintated particle board exterior grade with 01 mm thick PVC edging with edge bander machine. Detachable head Complete and foot Complete shall be provided with hard top. All metal work shall be powder coated (Black) . All joints / gaps shall be filled with metal putty / primer before powder coating. Welding process shall be of MIG or MAG and complete . Inner hard rubber shoe shall be provided to each legs. Complete all as shown on drg and as directed by EIC.

Charpoy MS Tubing with Plywood Top :- All as shown on drawing No FD/MAP-II/01 S&F of Charpoy MS Tubing with Plywood Top over all size shall be 1980 mm long x 900 mm wide x 440mm high. Frame and leg shall be made of 32mm x 32mm x 16 guage MS tube. Long rails and short rail shall be made of 25mm x 65mm MS rectangular Pipe of 16 gauge thickness. 03 Nos stiffeners of 25mm x 25mm x 16 guage shall be provide however only 02 Nos stiffeners have shown on drawing Top shall be made of 12 mm thick BWR grade plywood. All exposed steel surface shall be painted with two coat of black coloured enamel paint over a coat fo primer. Rest all as per Drg, Complete all as specified and directed.

Bath Mat PVC :- All as shown on drawing No FD/E6/MAP/07 S&F of Bath Mat PVC over all size 400 mm long 300 mm wide and 250 mm high, 4 nos are shaped legs of size 10 mm x 100 at corners and one leg of 25 mm dia in center shall be provide. PVC sheet thickness shall be 5 mm. Size of stiffener shall be 3mm x 10mm. Rest all as per drg, Complete all as specified and directed.

Chair Easy :- All as shown on drawing No FD-229 S&F of Chair Easy over all size shall be 510mm long 510mm wide and 740mm high. All wood shall be teak wood. Cannning shall be done as per Godrej pattern with 2mm wide and 0.40mm thick half round cane. All exposed wooden surface shall be french polish. Rest all as per drg, Complete all as specified and directed.

Chair Writing :- All as shown on drawing No FD-280 S&F of Chair Writing over all size shall be 535mm long in front side and 470mm in rear side, 470mm wide and 890mm high. All wood shall be teak wood Ist grade. Canning shall be done as per Godrej pattern with 2mm wide and 0.40mm thick half round cane. All exposed wooden surface shall be french polished. Rest all as per drg, Complete all as specified and directed.

Table 900x600 with Drawer :- All as shown on drawing No FD-283 S&F of Table 900x600 with Drawer over all size shall be 900 mm long x 600 mm wide and 740 mm high. Top of the table shall be 18/19mm thik exterior grade prelaminated particle board. All wood shall be teak wood. All exposed surface shall be french polished. Rest all as per Drg, Complete all as specified and directed.

Teapoy :- All as shown on drawing No FD-278 S&F of Teapoy over all size shall be 600 mm long x 450 mm wide and 540 mm height. All timber work shall be well seasoned 1st class hard wood teak free from any defects. Top shall be made of 18 mm thick prelaminated particle board exterior grade conforming the requirement of IS : 12823: 2009, one side decorative choice lamination and other side balancing white. 4 mm thick teak wood edging shall be fitted all around the teapoy top. Hard rubber ring of approved quality shall be fitted at all legs. All exposed wooden surface shall be polished with french polish with glossy finish and hidden surfaces shall be treated with two coats of linseed oil. Rest all dimensions and other details shall be stictly as per drawing, Complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of chair dining with cushion, Ist grade, teak wood, as per sketch/photograph on Sl. Page No. 102 of PS, (As per sample), with specific finish complete all as directed by Engg.-in-charge

S&F in replacement of chair study, Ist grade, teak wood, as per sketch/photograph on Sl. Page No. 103 of PS, (As per sample),, with specific finish complete all as directed by Engg.-in-charge

Repair of under mentioned furniture items will be carried out as follows:- (a) Removal of existing unserviceable material carefully without disturbing the adjoining parts from furniture articles as mentioned in the schedule.Supply and fixing new parts as per given specification and drg after tightening the joints, pinning, screwing, nailing, wedging, glueing,providing hinges, placing every part in-tact including polishing/painting the entire article with standard workmanship and as directed by GE/Engr-in-Charge.All furniture items is to be painted /poilshed only after making the entire item intact by tightening the joints. (b) Work will be executed where the furniture exist in different User Units/Md accns at Jodhpur Mil Stn including BSO's Furniture Yard as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (c) All Timber shall be of 1st class seasoned hard teak wood free from knots and cracks else specified in drg. (d) Anti-termite and anti-bug treatment shall be done before polishing the wooden items. (e) M&L for melamine polish high gloss/mate finish with spray machine applying shellac,wood filler,shelar etc after removing of existing polish making surfae smooth by sanding and grinding with standard workmanship as directed by EIC to the following furniture articles of MES pattern viz F/DB/FD/MAP series/TP or Similar items incl applying wax for depressed surface as well as washing with caustic soda wherever required before polishing all as specified and all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Shade of polishing/pinting will be directed by GE/Engr-in-Charge.
