74.M & L to carry out laser calibration of underground horizantal BPI tank capacity :15 KL tolerance (+-)75 ltr ,which include the following in the scope of job. (a) Method to be used :API MPMS 2.2E/IS 2007 & IS 2166 method for measurment and calibration of U/G tanks. (b) Internal circumference and internal diameter with laser (along horizontal and vertical axis) and along external diagonals will be recorded at positions around the inside and outside of the tanks and also along the dip line with accurate calibrated laser distance meter with ablity to measure maxima and minimum distance over a transverse sweep .these reading along all the strakes /courses will be used to determine 2 mean diameter horozintal and vertical complete all as specified and as directed. (c) End shape will also be measured .tank tilt with lasers will be measured. (d) internal deadwoods will be deducted. (e) All data will be analyzed for correction of sphere radius anomalies ,liqid head stress ,dataum height ,varying internal diameters,calibration table will be made at interval of 5 mm throughout.softcopy in excel formet woll be providing for uploding of data and complete satisfaction by engr-in charge.

M&L to carry out cleaning of 15 KL BPI tank internal surfaces of the tank including labor,cost of raw material like gasket nut bolts ,disconnected of pipeline and refitted complete satisfaction by engr-in charge.

M&L for Rimdol 400 fill with drinking water 400 PPM complete all as specified and as directed by engr in charge.
