Labour only for checking the serviceability of the pipe line of any description and fixed in any position & replacement of un-serviceable/damaged/ broken parts either in single or in combination, dismantling and re-assembling the pipe fittings and making the pipe lines serviceable, fixing the pipe fittings in position, connecting to water supply and its testing on installation complete, all as specified and directed, by Engr-in-charge by emplooying one plumber and one helper (Unskilled) by receving complaint slip from MES service centre and returning the same after completion the job to MES authority complete, all as specified and directed here in after in notes. NOTES :- (i) Replacement of parts i.e nipple, union, elbow, bend, reducer & etc for 15/20/25/40/50mm GI pipe fittings, if any required at site, shall be measured and paid for separately under appropriate item of Schedule `A' as ‘supply only. (ii) Necessary T&P i.e. ladder, tools etc required for checking and making the pipe fittings in serviceable conditions, its fixing in position and testing shall be arranged by the contractor at his own cost for checking and fixing of pipe fittings of any description on walls / ground etc i.e. in any position at site. (iii) Required parts ie. thread/ adhesive etc and other minor items excluding the required spares parts for repairing and making the water supply line in serviceable condition, will be arranged & supplied by the contractor and cost of which is deemed to be included in the rates quoted by the contractor in above respective item. (iv) Contractor’s quoted rates is deemed to include for inspection/checking the serviceability of the pipe line removing the damaged unserviceable / broken parts, fixing the new parts as.

Supply,Installation,testing & commissioning in replacement of unserviceable LED Aviation obstruction lights, fitting of any pattern any description and in any position complete comprising of die cast aluminium alloy housig, finished in avaitation yellow colour, polycarbonate enclosures in red colour , with and including 302 Nos LED and accessoried fixed on over head reservior complete all as specified and directed. Make Bajaj or equivalent model in specified make as approved by GE. Note :- Rate for any preparatory works, T&P and other resources required for dismantling /repair/ fixing of aviation obstruction light,etc on the top of OHR at the height of 20 to 25 m from Ground level is deemed to be included in the scope of above item.

Material and labour for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600mm X 600mm X 6mm buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 meter below normal ground level (with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 meter below ground level) connected to galvanized iron earth lead 32X 6 mm GI strip, (main earthing lead ) by means of galvanized bolts, nuts and washers all as shown in electrical plate No . 3 of MES Schedule Part-I (2009) with connected to earth test point & to main switch board with & including adequate quantity of charcoal dust and common salt alround earth plate & 40 mm dia GI pipe light grade for earth lead protection pipe for suitable length and GI pipe 20 mm dia light grade for watering pipe with funnel & wire mesh incl necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil, and PCC (1: 3 : 6) type C-1 (using 20 mm graded black trap/ granite/ Basalt stone aggregate) for earth pit with 40x40x6 mm mild steel angle iron frame for cover and 40 mm thick precast RCC cover in 1 : 2 : 4 type B1(using 20 mm graded black trap/granite/ basalt stone aggregate) with 3 Nos 8 mm dia TMT bars both ways with 12mm dia round bar handle, complete all as specified & directed.

Disconnecting and taking down carefully old unserviceable GI strip of any type and size and Material and labour for laying along the wall/roof GI strip of size 32mm x 6mm complete with all accessories such as porcelain insulators, saddles and fixing screw etc for conductor complete, all as specified and directed.

Prepration of new plaster surfaces of wall and applying two coat of white wash complete, all as specified and directed.

M&L for one coat of synthetic enamel paint including preparation of old surfaces of steel surfaces complete, all as specified and directed.
