(Site Development, C/O Retaining wall , Brest wall,C/O concrete weir, crated weir,) Cutting in earth work and disposal of excavted earth up to all leads and lift as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer in charge.

Excavation in foundation and trenches etc.(in pipes and pits) in all kinds of soils such as pick work, jumper work, blasting in soft/hard rock, chiselling/wedging out of rock/where blasting prohibited) saturated soil stacking the excavated soil as directed by the Engineer-in-charge clear from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15cm layers when required into plinth sides of foundation etc. consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth as directed by the Engineer –in-charge in all leads and lifts.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm thick welded with angle iron in frame 30 x 30 x 5 mm, so as to give a fair finish including centring, shuttering , strutting and propping etc. with wooden battens and ballies height of propping and centering below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4meters and removal of the same for insitu reinforced concrete and plain concrete.

Vertical surface such as wall (any thickness) partitions walls & the like including the attached pillaster,s buttresses plinth string courses & the like as per the direction of the engineer-in-charge with in all lead & lifts.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8 (1 cement:4sand:8 graded crushed stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in retaining walls/breast walls,

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:1.5:3 (1 cement: 1.5sand: 3 graded crushed stone agg. 20mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in :-

Foundation footings bases of columns and the like; and mass concreteas per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Walls any thickness but not less than 0.1m thickness including attached pillaster buttresses, plinth and string courses from top of foundation upto two level all floor level as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing tor steel reinforcement for reinforced cement concrete work including bending binding and placing in position complete including the cost of binding wire in all leads and lifts.

Wire crate made of G.I wire filled with boulders with square cut faces against the wire (wire crates to be measured and paid for seperately) in all lead and lift as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

(C/O Buffer storage Tanks. )C/O RCC Water Storage Tank:- Designing, Constructing, Testing & Commissioning (to be approved by the competent authority) RCC Circular under ground/partial under ground storage reservoirs as per capacity given below at various stages/sites including excavation in foundation in all kinds of soil. including PCC (1:3:6) in foundation and M:30 design mix in bottom slab/raft ,walls and beams. And in roof slab/dome with provision of inspection path around the dome with all alied Civil Works such as c/o chamber for valves, refilling and disposing of surplus excavated earth with in all leads and lifts. The job also includes providing lowering, laying, erecting, hoisting and jointing of pipe assembly for inlet, outlet, overflow and scour pipe with bye pass arrangement consisting of GI / MS pipes special and valves of required classes and dia and all other accessories required such as MS ladders inside and outside, CI cowl type ventilator, SFRC manhole covers with frames of heavy duty with proper locking arrangement, water level indicator. The tanks shall be hydraulically tested for water tightness, All works shall be conforming to relevant IS code. The cost of valves shall be included in the rates of tanks .complete in all respects to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge The contractor shall provide 5 sets of approved drawing with design to the department.
