Mechanical transportation, loading, unloading and handling of 05 cusec HZ suction pump unit no.01 using appropriate means of transport like private car, auto rickshaw up to lead of 9km:
Providing and fitting of ball bearing no. 6308 of NBC/ARB/Equivalent domestic. The job shall also include adequate greasing to the bearings
Manufacturing, providing and fitting of SS sleeve two no as per sample. The job also includes the charge for repairs to bearing seats for proper fitment of bearing and other allied works which ever required for the completion of work
Complete assembling of HZ suction pump after proper cleaning of all the parts, alignment with motor, connecting motor leads tested on full load. The job also includes the charge of palmative packing, R.I cloth, etc work for the completion of work
Repairs to 10 cusec end suction pump inside station of lift irrigation scheme Delina Main by way of P/ f of ball bearing 3213 & 3313 of ARB/NBC/equivalent domestic. The job also includes the charge of oil seal, palmative packing, grease and other works as per sample. The job also includes the charge of skilled labour, puller, and other tools & tackles for the completion of work. Then fitted it properly & tested on full load.
