REPAIR/REPLACEMENT AND MAINTENANCE OF FIRE ALARM AT ICGS KAKINADA UNDER GE(I) CG VIZAG

Comprehensive maintenance and repair of addressable/conventional networked fire alarm systems installed at CGOM building within ICGS Complex, Kakinada. The scope includes routine, preventive, and breakdown maintenance, testing, inspection, cleaning, and calibration of all system components to ensure safe and efficient operation. Thorough checking of fire alarm panel with control units, loop controllers, and power supply modules and connected items as per OEM guidelines shall be done. Replacement of spare parts is included in quoted rates. Minor spares must be provided by the contractor at no extra cost, and major parts shall be measured and paid for separately under respective item of BOQ. A checklist for the fire alarm system shall be prepared for each building and submitted for records complete all as specified and directed. Note : (i) Contractor shall visit the site before quoting the rate. (ii) A supervised fire drill shall be carried out as per user requirement. (iii) A Service Engineer will report to site, within 4 – 8 working hours, from the Time of Complaint Logging. (iv) Training to the User Team will be given Half –Yearly based on Client requirement.

Cleaning, surface preparation, and painting of pipeline using synthetic enamel paint of approved shade. The work includes thorough cleaning of the tank exterior surface to remove rust, dust, grease, and loose paint & apply two coats of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and replacement of damaged/defective/unserviceable fire brigade inlet connection 4 way complete all as specified and as and as directed.

Supply and fixing 100 mm Dia damaged/defective/unserviceable sluice valve class PN 1.6 including taking down the old Sluice valve complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and replacement damaged/defective/unserviceable Non Return valve 100 mm dia as existing with necessary rubber gasket, bolts, nuts and washer complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing in repair presure gauge glycerine filled with 15 mm inlet connection dial size 100 mm of pressure range 0 to 14Kg/cm2 with 15mm isolation valve with G.I. nipple complete all as specified and directed.

Repair/Servicing of fire hydrant landing valve type 'A/B' of 63 mm dia, including spindle thread machine, washers replacement, checkout, packing serving complete to arrest leakage and proper function of valve complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and replacement CP hose reel 15 m complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fix in repairs fire fighting RRL hose pipe of 63mm, ISI marked, IS 63 (type A), 15m long fitted with male and female gun metal coupling ISI marked, IS 903 complete all as specied and directed.

Supply and Fix in repairs gunmetal branch pipe with long nozzle suitable for 63 mm dia RRL hose pipe, ISI marked, complete all as specied and directed.
