   Order will be placed on those suppliers/agencies/dealers having valid license of Petroleum and Explosive Safety Organization (PESO). The copy of the same shall be attached alongwith the offer.

   The tenderer should also submit along with the offer, the copy of valid certificate/license from their Principal Company like IOCL, BPCL, HPCL etc indicating that tenderer is the authorized dealer of the company .    SD will be applicable as per attached SER GCC clause no. 6.0.The firm on which P.O will be placed, fails to supply goods as per contract as amended time time the purchaser shall have right to levy damages as General Damages (GD) from the supplier for failing to comply with Contractual Conditions by way of penalty 5% of order value.
