SCHEDULE 'A' PART III-B (INTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION)

M & L point wiring with 1.5 Sqmm (nominal area) two single core PVC insulated unsheathed multi stranded copper conductor cable 1100 volts grade, FRLS-H grade in and including medium duty concealed PVC conduit 20 mm dia or higher and conduit fittings and all accessories including contineous earth wire PVC insulated, unsheathed, multi stranded copper conductor cable 1.5 sqmm (nominal area) FRLS-H grade, green colour, up to common earth and connected to earth dolly compete all as specified and directed of the following. Note : 1. Point wiring should be carried out on surface mounted rigid PVC conduit or concealed as per directions by Engineer-in-charge. 2. Colour code will be maintained as per IE rule i.e. Red/Yellow/Blue for phases, Black for Neutral and Green for earth wire. Contd.....

(a) One light point /bell buzzer point controlled by one-one way switch.

(b) One three pin 5 Amp socket on independent board

(c) One three pin 5 Amp socket on same board with other switches.

All as per item No 7 above but one 3/5 pin socket outlet 16 Amps independent, with cable 2.5 Sq mm size, with earth continuity coductor of size 2.5 Sq mm complete all as specified and directed.

M & L sub main wiring with 2 Single core PVC insulated unsheathed FRLS-H cable 1100 Volts grade heavy duty copper conductor multistranded of size 2.5 Sq.mm. (nominal area) drawing in and including 20 mm. dia or higher PVC conduit medium duty concealed/ surface, conduit heavy duty accessories and fittings wit chasing/ cutting and Insulated unsheathed FRLS-H cable copper conductor multistranded of size 2.5 Sq. mm. as earth wire upto common earth and connected to earth dolly complete all as specified & directed. Note:- Two run of 2.5 Sqmm cable and one run of 2.5 Sqmm cable and one run of 20mm dia PVC Conduit shall be measured and paid as one unit.

M & L for Earthing with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600mm x 600mm x 6mm thick, burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metre deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level connected to galvanized iron wire 4mm dia earth lead by means of bolts, nuts check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel with protection pipe of GI, medium grade 15mm bore, watering pipe 20mm bore of GI medium grade, earth plate surrounded by alternate layer of coal dust and common salt 15 cm thick each layer all as per electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part-I and connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated and testing on completion including funnel with wire mesh, earthing chamber with PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate, 80 mm thick precast RCC 1:1.5:3 type A-1 cover duly reinforced with XPM (weight not less than 3 kg/sqm) and frame including all excavation and earth work etc. all as specified or indicated including testing on completion. Note : (i) Earth chamber shall be constructed at least 1.50m away from the top of earth electrode. The earth pit and pipe for watering shall be provided in slanting manner. The unit rate include for GI pipees, GI earth lead from top of earth plate upto 7.50m above ground level, including PCC, RCC work etc as specified in the item complete all as specified and directed. (ii) Out of Total 14 Nos, 07 Nos of Quantity is for External Electrification and 07 Nos of quantity is for Internal Electrification.

Supply and fixing LED street light fitting 20 Watt 230 V AC outdoor type with high pressure die cast aluminum hosing and heat resistant complete with driver, lamp bracket with impact and corrosion resistant including thermal management in multiple optics complete with IP 65/66 protection complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, installation, Testing and Commissioning of factory made compartmentalised (independent openable compartment to each control MCCBs) LT panel box outdoor type, platform mounted suitable for 3 phase 4 wire, 50 Hz AC supply system base bus bar chamber with insulated Aluminium bus bar 600 amps (03 Nos) phase and 450 amps for neutral rating installed on porcelain insulator. The panel shall be dust and vermin proof IP65 class protection and made out of 3.15mm thick CRCA MS sheet and 50 mm x 50 mm x 6 mm thick angle iron frame works including four legs embeded in the PCC bed, powder coated finish over one coat of red oxide primer front opening type with aprons with double door shutter and locking arrangement (including provn of 65mm Godrej lock with 02 keys, panel metering control wiring with insulated copper conductor FRLS IS-699 marked 1100 volt grade but seathed cable adequate size but not less than 4mm size suitable for with and including the following fitments complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600 mm x 600 mm x 6.00 mm thick buried directly in ground vertically in a pit (earth pit of depth not less than 2.25 metre below ground level) with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.50 metre below normal ground level surrounded from all sides by mixture of charcoal and common salt 15cm thick each layer and electrode connected to and including galvanized iron earth strip, 25 x 4 mm (earth lead) by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised steel protection pipe light grade 40mm dia and GI pipe light grade 20mm dia bore for watering, funnel with wire mesh, earthing chamber with PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate, 80 mm thick precast RCC 1:1.5:3 type A-1 cover duly reinforced with XPM (weight not less than 3 kg/sq m) and frame including all excavation and earth work all as shown in electrical plate No 3 connected to earthing test point complete all as specified and as directed including testing on completion. Note : The unit rate includes for 40mm light grade protecton pipe and GI earth strip 25 x 4 mm from top of earth plate upto 7.50 metre above ground level. The earth pit shall be constructed atleast 1.5m away from the top of earth electrode complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix street light bracket suitable for 40mm dia made out of 1.5m length GI pipe medium grade bent to shape at 120 degrees and welded at required end fixed with MS flat iron clamp bolts, nuts, washers, including painting, MS clamp with one primer coat and two coats of aluminium paint complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing LED street light fitting 40 Watt 230 V AC outdoor type with high pressure die cast aluminum hosing and heat resistant complete with driver, lamp bracket with impact and corrosion resistant including thermal management in multiple optics complete with IP 65/66 protection complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix kiosk pole box of size (250 x 200 x 100) mm made out of engineering plastic comprising 60 Amps 4 x busbar strips mounted on DMC insulator one no of MCB SP 6 Amps, 10 KA fixed with MS flat iron clamps to pole complete all as specified and directed.
