RConstruction of RCC under Ground a reservoir of 100000 Ltrs at Rakkar village in Dharamkot

Excavation in foundation trenches etc. in earth work in all kinds of soil such as pick Work, jumper work, blasting hard or softs rock by chiselling where the blasting work is prohibited slushy daldal and saturated soil including pumping or bailing out water within all heights, stacking the excavated soil within all leads clear from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15Cm (fifteen Centimetres) layer when required into plinths, sides of foundation consolidating each depossited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth complete in all respect including all leads and lifts as per the direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:3:6 (1cement:3 sand:6 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) curring complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth complete in all respect including all leads and lifts as per the direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15 mm thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm so as to give a fair finish including centring, shuttering, and propping etc.with wooden batten and ballies in all height of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4mtrs.and removal of the same for in-situ-reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in:

Circular or curved in plain complete in all respect including all leads and lifts as per the direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Sides and soffits of beams, beam haunching cantilever bresummers and lintels not excedding 1 mtr in depth in all height from floor complete in all respect including all leads and Lifts as per the direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing form work of ordinary timber planking so as to give a rough finish including centering, shuttering and propping etc. with wooden batten and ballies height of propping and centering below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4.00 mtrs and removal of the same for in-situ reinforced concrete and plain concrete in:-

Arches upto 6 meters span complete in all respect including all leads and lifts as per the direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and Laying cement concrete 1:1½:3 (1 Cement:1½ Sand:3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding the cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in :-

Foundation, footings, bases of columns etc and mass concrete complete in all respect including all leads and lifts as per the direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-In-Charge.

In walls any thickness (but not less than 0.10mm thickness) including attached buttersses pillaster plinth and string courses etc. from top of foundation level upto floor two level complete in all respect including all leads and Lifts as per the direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-In-Charge.

In suspended floor roofs, landings, shelves and their supports, balconies, beams, girders, bressumers, and cantilevers up to the floor two level, including the carriage of material, complete in all respects, including all leads and lifts, as per the directions and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge

Providing and Laying of Mild steel /Tor steel reinforcement for RCC work including bending, binding and placing in position complete upto floor two level (tor steel) complete in all respect including all leads and Lifts as per the direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing Steel work welded in built up section trusses and framed work including cutting, hosting fixing in position and applying a priming coat of red lead paint in grating framed guards bars, ladders, railing brackets and similar works complete in all respect including all leads and lifts as per the direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing & fixing Cast Iron manhole cover 550 mm dia with frame (Medium Duty) total weight of fram and cover not less than 58 Kgs. complete in all respect including all leads and lifts as per the direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing, fixing, Laying and galvanized wire Masquito proof ventilator size 400 mm dia and 300 mm in hieght with frame of M.S. angle iron 40x40x6 mm complete in all respect including all leads and Lifts as per the direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Laying, Jointing and Testing in trenches galvanized mild steel tubes of following dia meters (Medium grade) including tube fittings (earth work in trenches to be measured and paid for separately) complete in all respect including all leads and lifts as per the direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-In-Charge. (80 mm dia inlet, outlet and over flow Scour pipe).

Providing and Fixing Cast iron Sluice Valve Kartar/Beer Make of various (with hand wheel) PN-1 as per BIS 786-1984 latest upto date ammendments standard make with bols, nuts, rubber insertion etc. (The tail pieces if required shall be measured & paid for separately) complete in all respect including all leads and lifts as per the direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of approved brand and manufacture of required shade on un-decorated wall surface (two coats) to give an even shade after throughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt, dust and remains of loose material sand papered stopping complete in all respect including all leads and lifts as per the direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Extra cost for providing and mixing polyester triangular synthetic fibrec in spoecified ration 6-18mm length designed for melting point 240-260 degree centigrade and having specific gravity of 1.33-140 as per IS 456 ammendment August 2007 and IRC 44-2008 @ rate of 125 grams per 50 kg. of cement beg in all types of CC, RCC, plastering and flooring work ect. complete in all respect including all leads and lifts as per the direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Provision for bearing capacity of soil complete in all respect including all leads and lifts as per the direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-In-Charge..
