REPAIR/ REPLACEMENT OF UNSERVICEABLE ITEMS OF DG SET AND OTHER ACCESSORIES AT AULI UNDER GE 871 EWS

Disconnecting electric connections from alternator and fuel connection from engine decoupling of engine and alternator for repair, strip opening and de-assembling of engine for repair including dismantling of radiator, radiator fan, water pump assembly, air cleaner, fuel filter by opening nuts bolts including wiring of stared assembly if required, of DG set capacity 30 KVA to 62.50 KVA and replacement of old defective spare parts with new spare parts as mentioned here-in-after, including any type of machine work required at site/ workshop to compete the repair including complete servicing the engine all as required at site, re-assembling the engine in existing position complete and testing at site after repair/ maintenance by running continuously 6-hours at connected load, complete all as specified and as directed. Make of Engine and Alternator: SM No: Note: (a) New spare parts for engine will be measured and paid separately as supply only under the respective items. (b) Cost of cleaning the surfaces internal and outer surfaces, welding, minor repair and special tools and plants required for de-assembling engine will be deemed to include in quoted rates. (c) Fuel for testing will be issued by dept for testing of DG set, however cost other consumables i.e. grease, surface cleaner supplements will be deemed to include in quoted rates.
