Planning, Designing and Construction of RCC Building having 1 nos. Academic cum Admin block, 1 nos. Hostel (Girls + Boys), 6 nos. Type IV quarter in a building, construction of ESS, construction of STP, construction of Main Gate, construction of Underground Ground Sump, Development of the site on Engineering Procurement and Construction (EPC) Mode-I, including complete Architectural, Structural Design, MEP Drawings, Internal Roads, Footpaths, Construction of boundary wall, Sewerage System, Water Supply Distribution Network, Storm Water Drains, Service Trenches, Open Parking and other related Development Works, Comprehensive MEP Services including DG Sets, Sewage Treatment Plant (STP), Lifts, Fire Fighting System, Internal and Electrification etc., including filling of good earth, ground covering, etc., and obtaining all necessary Statutory and Local Body Approval, submission of complete as built drawings are under scope of this work. The rate of this item includes all civil and E&M works. Works of all building and development works complete with all taxes / charges and nothing extra shall be payable.
