Charges on account of account of replacement of 12mm worn out GM bush rods by new one with bushes and cups to the 100 kVA HT/LT distribution transformer of Mazbugh LIS by opening the top of the transformer and then closing the lid after replacing the bush rod. The job is to be carried out at site taking care of men and machinery. All tools and tackles are to be arranged by the firm. Firm shall be having registration/Expert in handling HT/LT at site with safety.

Charges on account of the replacement of Input/output (3 No.) GM studs to the 100 kVA voltage stabilizer of Ashtingoo LIS by way of replacement of the worn out studs and p/f of 12 No. 95 sq mm copper thimbles to the 19/0.064 copper conductor terminals at site by means of crimping using crimping tools. The job is to be carried out at site.

Charges on account of p/f of connection plate to the 50Hp motor of Unit-I of Saifkhul LIS by means of p/f of Bakelite plate of suitable size with p/f of 06 No. 95 Sq. mm copper thimbles to the 19/0.064 copper conductor thimbles. The Job is to be carried out at site.

Charges on account of P/F of 19mm GM bush rod to the 250kVA HT/LT distribution Transformer of Baghichatkak LIS by way of replacement of worn out bush rod with bushes and cups. The job includes opening of the top of Transformer and closing of it again at site.

Charges on account of replacement of 2m long worn out 300mm dia of rising main at Mazbugh LIS by means of excavation earth work by engaging the labour and gas cutting, extracting it and then excavation work for making pits for welding. The job shall include p/f of 2m long, 300mm dia, 5mm thick M.S pipe to the rising main to make it fit for discharging the fluid to the delivery point without any leakage by means of welding using superior quality electrodes.

Charges on account of fabrication, providing and fitting of 300mm dia MS 5mm thick, 2ft long both ended flanged extension pieces each for Wadura Bala LIS, and Nathipora LIS by means of gas cutting and welding.. The MS flanges shall be 12mm thick and includes P/F of Nuts, bolts and RI clothes for both extension pieces.

Charges on account of repairs to the rising mains of Unit-II and III of Hibdangerpora LIS by means of cutting and welding patches using superior quality electrodes at various spots. The job includes earth excavation wherever necessary. All tools and tackles including gas cutting tool, Gen Set shall be arranged by the firm for completion of job.

Charges on account of replacement of worn out double row ball bearings 3213 and 3313 SKF/ARB or equivalent Make to the unit-I of Vighbal-I LIS by means of new one with adequate greasing. The job includes dismantling of pump at site extraction of worn out bearings and refitting of new bearings. The job is to be carried out at site. All tools and tackles are to be arranged by firm.
