M&L for preparing old surfaces of walls plastered or un-plastered by complete removal of existing treatment brooming down with steel or wire brush and scraping down smoke soot, moulds moss & efflorescent salt and trading oil and greasy spots , washing rubbing down and stopping of distempered and painted surface & removing all vegetation growth, nails and making good holes,cracks etc complete by necessary putty & applying of Birla/JK white wall putty approx 1 mm thick as per manufacturer's instruction on existing prepared surface and make the surface smooth by rubbing with sand papers etc and applying Two coat of weather proof exterior paint silicon based over a coat of alkali resistant priming paint on prepared surfaces of walls including scaffolding and all necessary items complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing old surfaces of walls plastered or un-plastered by brooming down with steel or wire brush and scraping down smoke soot, moulds moss & efflorescent salt and trading oil and greasy spots , washing rubbing down and stopping of distempered and painted surface & removing all vegetation growth, nails and making good holes,cracks etc complete by necessary putty and make the surface smooth by rubbing with sand papers etc and applying One coat of weather proof exterior paint silicon based on prepared surfaces of walls including scaffolding and all necessary items complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing of old painted surfaces over 10cm width or girth and making good with & including by necessary putty and make the surface smooth by rubbing with sand papers etc and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint on prepared surfaces of any description,not otherwise described.

M&L for preparing of New steel surfaces over 10cm width or girth and making good with & including by necessary red lead putty and make the surface smooth by rubbing with sand papers etc and applying for two coat of synthetic enamel paint on prepared surface all as specified and directed.

Cleaning of nallah/drain includes removing of all natural grasses , vegetation,mud, rubbles ,other materials etc and remove the all debris materials away from the premises at contractor own arrangement as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removing building materials to adistance etc.500m but not exceed 5.00 KM out of premises on contractor own arrangement complete all specified and direct.

M&L for preparing the existing demage surfaces of path/ road by cleaning, cutting to shape the Surfaces and repairs with Redi Mix Bitumineous Road Materials as per manufacturer directions complete .

M&L for injecting chemical GLYPHOSPHATW 41% SL 20 ml or till refusal by makimg cut/ injection in the stem of plant 30mm C/C spraying with solution (25ml Glyphospoto 41% diluted with one litre water) and removing the plants/ vegetation up to any height including penetreated roots complete including necessary scaffolding etc complete all as per specification and directions of the Engineer-in-charge.
