Eligibility Criteria

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

The Bidder should have completed, atleast one similar Contract of conducting Govt. official tour program to atleast 40 no.s of govt. officials in last 5 years.

Before uploading the Tender The bidder/service provider shall obtain a written acknowledgement letter from the concerned client/department confirming that all tour-related details including itinerary, dates, timings, destinations, accommodation, transport arrangements, and other applicable conditions have been clearly explained and understood. Submission of this acknowledgement letter shall be mandatory prior in KPP portal. Any dispute arising due to misunderstanding of tour details shall be the sole responsibility of the service provider
