Procuremnet of rubber sheets, jointing sheets, gland ropes for RTPS

a) For Manufacturers: The intending bidder shall have successfully supplied Champion/ Spitman/ James Walker In Marco make Gaskets/ Asbestos gland ropes to any government sector/ PSU/ Major power plants/ Reputed private sector/ major industries amounting to not less than Rs. 2.85 Lakhs (Rs. 1.42 Lakhs for Micro and small Enterprises) in any one year of the preceding three financial years i.e. 2022-23, 2023-24 & 2024-25 (Preceding 2 years for Micro and small Enterprises i.e. 2023-24 & 2024-25). As a proof purchase order PO copies Single/Multiple (max.3) for any one of the said financial year during which supplies are made shall be uploaded. b) For Authorized representatives/ dealers/Suppliers: The intending bidder shall have successfully supplied Champion/ Spitman/ James Walker In Marco make Gaskets/ Asbestos gland ropes to any government sector/ PSU/ Major power plants/ Reputed private sector/ major industries amounting to not less than Rs. 1.06 Lakhs in any one year of the preceding three financial years i.e. 2022-23, 2023-24, 2024-25.

The intending bidder shall be Manufacturer/Authorized dealer/Supplier of Champion/ Spitman/ James Walker In Marco make Gaskets/ Asbestos gland ropes. As a proof bidder shall upload valid registration certificate/dealership certificate/ relevant documents issued by the Competent Authority in e-portal.

The bidder shall have minimum average annual financial turnover of Rs. 3.56 lakhs (Rs. 1.78 lakhs for Micro and small Enterprises) during the 3 financial years i.e. 2022-23, 2023-24 & 2024-25 (2 financial years respect to Micro and small Enterprises i.e., 2023-24 & 2024-25). As a proof the bidder shall upload the certified copy of the Annual turnover certificate/Copies of Profit & Loss statement duly certified by the Chartered Accountant.
