1 Repair/servicing and maintenance of heating system of Packaged Air Conditioning units of Emergency Gyane Operation theater at Govt. SMGS Hospital, Jammu by replacement of worn-out/damaged blower of 11 TR package AC along with repair of blower assembly. The job includes dismantling of worn-out/damaged blower from blower assembly using special tools and tackles and manual labour. The job further involves repair to blower assembly by way of welding wherever required, providing required structure reinforcement and replacement/repair of worn-out/damaged parts including bearings as per requirement. The job also involved replacement of worn-out/damaged blower with a new one as per sample, assembling of whole system and then testing and commissioning of whole system- 1 job. Complete servicing of Indoor unit as and when required as per instructions of Engineer-in-Charge using chemical/water through pump to remove unwanted dust from it and also washing and cleaning of air filters, drainage, line cleaning etc. - 1 job. Providing and fitting of fan belts -02 nos. Providing and Fitting of heavy duty 40 ampere contactor along with complete connections -2 nos. Providing and Fitting of TPN (63A) along with complete connections-1 no. Providing and Fitting of Heating strips of 3KW capacity along with complete connections- 9 nos. Rewinding of blower motor including dismounting/dismantling and carriage to market for its rewinding/ strengthening and back carriage to SMGS Hospital reassembling/mounting and testing- 1 no. Complete job includes cost of material, all kinds of taxes, labour charges, tools & tackles, other unforeseen materials & works required for execution of job, rectification of any other faults found during execution for successful working of machines and also involves cost of technicians, as and when required as per instructions of Engineer-in-Charge, to attend the complaints of machines and its rectification for theseason. 2 Repair/servicing and maintenance of heating system of Ductable Air Conditioning units of HDU-I AND HDU-II with allied works at Govt. SMGS Hospital, Jammu, detail as under: Complete servicing of unit using chemical through pump to remove unwanted dust from it and also washing and cleaning of air filters, drainage, line cleaning etc. - 02 job. Providing and Fitting of Controller card along with complete connections - 2 nos. Providing and Fitting of Heating strips of 3KW capacity- 5 nos. Rewinding of blower motor including dismounting/dismantling and carriage to market for its rewinding/ strengthening and back carriage to SMGS Hospital reassembling/mounting and testing- 1 jobs.The job also involves repair to 30 KVA Automatic Voltage Servo Unit installed by way of disconnecting of all incoming and outgoing cable connections. The job also involved making of the bypass arrangement by way of sitc of by -pass/changeover switch, as per site requirement, on the wall or standing along with complete cabling and connections and then dismantling of servo. The job further includes replacement of worn-out/damaged dimmer assembly - 2nos along with controller cards -2 and gear motor assembly - 1nos, at site if possible, using special tools and tackles with complete installation & commissioning as per site requirement including cabling, proper thimbling to both end terminal connecting wires, etc. The job also involves draining out of T-oil in a barrel/container, boiling the oil so as to remove any moisture, re-filling of same to servo and then filling of required T-oil- 15 lt with fresh one. Assembling of complete servo unit, testing and commissioning of whole system on no-load and then on load. Complete job includes cost of material, all kinds of taxes, labour charges, tools & tackles, other unforeseen materials & works required for execution of job, rectification of any other faults found during execution for successful working of machines and also involves cost of technicians, as and when required as per instructions of Engineer-in-Charge, to attend the complaints of machines and its rectification for the season.
