Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.50m wide and not exceeding 1.50m in depth and getting out in soft / loose soil for Repairs/ laying cables etc complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer - in - Charge.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer - in - Charge.

Removal of excavated material [soil] to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer - in - Charge.

Material and labour for dry river sand cushioning over and around the cable for cable protection in trenches, levelled and punned down complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer - in - Charge. Note: The punned down thickness shall be measured for payment.

Taking down old existing HT PCC Cable Cover complete all as specified.

Supplying and laying unreinforced precast cement concrete cable covers,ISI Marked Class HV, Flat, Type - 1, of size 300 mm X 180 mm X 40mm in trenches for cable protection, embossed with "ELECTRIC" on the top surface complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer - in - Charge.

Laying only HT PCC cable covers which is recd from old serviceable pcc covers

Supplying, laying and commissioning of HT XLPE cables, insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip armoured, earthed, electric power cable with Aluminium conductor, 11 KV grade, 3 Core, 95 Sq.mm cross sectional area laid in trenches / fixed on poles including taking down old cables complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer - in - Charge. Make:Nicco /Havells / Polycab . Note: Earth work,excavation,cable covers and sand cushioning shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply, laying, jointing, testing 3 1/2 core, cross-sectional area 185 Sq.mm XLPE, insulated outersheathed and innersheathed, galvanised steel armoured, heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, conforming to IS: 7098 (Part-II) and laid in trenches, pipe, ducts, including taking down existing damaged UG cable complete all as specified.

Dismantling and taking down insulators of any type, any size from any height.

Material and labour for pin type insulator, porcelain, vitreous 150 mm high and 150 mm dia white, brown or green single disc assembly complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

Material and labour for Disc type insulator, porcelain, vitreous 145mm high and 225mm dia ball and socket type, white, brown or green single disc assembly complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement air break switch triple pole, mechanically operated mounted on insulators and steel frame, with operating mechanism worked from ground level, for current rating up to 200 amps complete with including insulators horizontal /vertical rod and operating pipe of suitable size and length including taking down of old unserviceable air break switch, jumper connections and reconnecting of suitable size and length and making connection to new AB switch gang operated complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer - in - Charge.

S & F in replacement HT 11 KV drop out fuse assembly with insulator and base including fuse tube, fuse carrier top connectors incoming and out going connectors ass as specified and as directed by EIC. (Note: Rate include taking down existing unserviceable/ Faulty DO fuse assembly and fix the new one and make the incoming and out going connections and switch on the supply through the new DO fuse Assembly all as directed by EIC)

Material and labour for Danger notice plate of 1.6mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enamelled white, with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with M.S. clamps, bolts and nuts of approved size, for HT of size 25X20 cm, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C1 20 mm graded aggregate in coping of pole complete

M&L PCC 1:4:8, type D2 (using 40 mm graded granite stone aggregate) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified.

M & L for painting HT pole structure using cement base paint after cleaning the pole surface, and painting cross arms surface with silver paint after cleaning the cross arm all as specified and as directed by EIC .Make: Asian. Note: colour will be as directed by Engineering charge during the commencement of work (a) HT two pole structure of 11 mtr including cross arm sections

(b) HT four pole structure of 11 mtr including cross arm sections Note: Each two pole /four pole structure is considered as one unit for measurement contractor has to arrange the necessary T & P for painting the pole up to 11 Mtr irrespective of location ( Inside Valsura area) including the pole, cross arm, section, at pole structure irrespective of number of cross arms in structure.

Dismantling cross-arms of M.S. channel or angle sections etc. complete

Material and Labour for Cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under aluminium coat and one aluminium finishing coat of paint complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

Supply and fix in replacement lightening arrestors high tension expulsion type complete with all fittings distribution class discharge capacity 5 Kilo amps suitable for 11000 volts confirming to IS-3070(part I) 1974 complete all as specified.

Supplying and fixing in repairs earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead of Galvanised iron strip of size 32x6 mm, fixed on pole from existing earth test point complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer - in - Charge.

Supply and lay in trenches/fixed on wall GI tubing medium grade with necessary fittings such as bend, tee, elbow etc complete for the 80 mm size. ( Make- TATA/JINDAL).

Taking out the existing transformer from site and transporting to workshop for servicing and repairing including loading unloading and handling to carry out the following repairs and refixing the same after repairing , installation , testing and commissioning at its original/new location all as directed by Engineer - in -charge.

(a) Decanting the transformer oil and checking of all parts for repair/ replacement of parts of cap from 63 to 400 KVA capacity of distribution transformer 11/0.440 KV .

(b) Rewinding of coils all as per its original specifications by copper conductor and with Ht/LT necessary insulation materials.

(c) Replacement of HT 11 KV bushing with brass terminal, neoprene rubber gasket and washers etc complete.

(d ) Replacement of LT bushing with brass terminal, neoprene rubber gasket and washers etc complete.

(e) Supply and fill new Transformer oil up to conservator level marking as per IS 335 having dielectric strength not less than 40 KV at 2.5 mm gap.Make : Electrol , Power Oil , Indian Oil , Savita

(f) Replacement of silica Jel in existing transformer breathers.

(g) Replacement of HT 11 KV off-load tap changing assembly complete

(h) Painting of Transformer body complete with one coat of Simense gray paint with spray paint all as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

(j) Filtration of transformer oil of the transformer at site by providing filtration machine at site

M& L for Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600X600X6 mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5metres below normal ground level, connected to galvanised earth lead 32x6 mm GI strip means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 connected or indicated including testing on completion. Incl necessary excavation, earth work, PCC pit,RCC cover ,funnel with watering pipe 20mm bore light grade,GI protection pipe 15 mm bore light grade complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer - in - Charge
