Operation and Maintenance of 33KV substation andother electrical accessories at WTP and intake point of (Central Sector part-I) Surface based W/S Scheme under MEDB PHE Dte in the District of Murshidabad

Operation and guarding of 33 KV/ 0.433 KV , 2Nos. 1500KVA transformer, 33KV VCB panel, L.T. Panel boards ,capacitor panel,Battery charger,RTCC panel,distribution panel at WTP and 33KV VCB ,33/0.433KV 1No. 630KVA transformer,Main PDB ,Capacitor panel ,RTCC panel ,Battery charger , security guard (without arm) at intake point etc. including operation of all accessories and ancillaries for 24 hours a day, sweeping of the sub- station complex daily by engaging skilled, semi skilled, unskilled personnel including watch & word personnel.

Periodical inspection, 2 times in a month (5 days in each visit) by Electrical Supervisor having valid Supervisors’ Certificate of competency from Directorate of Electricity (Licensing Board) Govt. of W.B. under any other state Govt. of India. Each visit should be recorded in the Log Book (with date and time) to be supplied by the Agency and kept in the sub-station building. The Supervisor requires to have thorough / in- depth inspection of all the electrical appliances to ascertain the healthy/ fault- free operational condition of each equipment i.e. VCB Panel, transformers, L.T Panel. capacitors Panel, Battery chargers, RTCC Panel, Distribution panel along with in- house lighting system etc. All other necessary requirement to execute the maintenance work along with Log book, cotton Waste, Broom, Torch, Detergents, Liquid soaps, Gloves, Apron, Tools-Tackles, Terminals, Sockets, Fuses, Indicating Lamp, Gland Packing , Silica gel to be supplied by the Agency as & when required.

Upkeepment of healthy condition of all feeders cleaning of all contactors, terminal sockets, coil etc. ones in a month with the help of CRC-226 spray, grease , Lub oil etc. checking of all internal connection of all feeders panels , LT Panel /H.T Panel/distribution panel , wiring of starters , external wiring of the Sub Station & panel room. All the illumination , fixtures including timers & contactors etc. by engaging electrician having valid and appropriate Licence ( Work mans permit) issued by Directorate of Electricity , Govt. of West Bengal or any other State Govt. of India or personnel having ITI (Electrician) Certificate and all the parameters to be recorded in the Log Book with Date & Signature.

Calibration & testing of various electrical equipments ,relays ,meters,instruments etc. to ensure all equipment are in troblefree including testing and filtration ,dehydration of 02nos 1500KVA & 01 no. 630KVA transformer oil by suitable method as per direction of E.I.C.

Supervision of 33KV (E)grade underground power cable laying from WTP VCB panel to INTAKE VCB panel and maintaining route mark of 33KV cable (approx. 4KM) as per direction of E.I.C.
