SH:II : SITC of LED lights,Outdoor Feeder pillar,GI poles Supply of pole mounted street light LED luminaries, IP65, having minimum lumen output of 4950 lm, system efficacy not less than 110 lumen/watt, control driver with more than 4kV surge suppressor, made up of pressure die cast aluminum alloy housing with toughened glass/tempered protective custom moulded poly carponate diffuser fixed to the housing with SS screws, powered by built in potted, isolated electronic LED driver , suitable to operate on single phase, 50Hz AC supply, meeting with requirements specfied in the technical specification.

Supply and fixing of LED Highbay downlight luminaries, IP65, having minimum lumen output of 8250 lm, system efficacy not less than 110 lumen/watt, control driver with more than 4kV surge suppressor, made up of pressure die cast aluminum alloy housing with toughened glass/tempered protective custom moulded poly carponate diffuser fixed to the housing with SS screws, powered by built in potted, isolated electronic LED driver , suitable to operate on single phase, 50Hz AC supply i/c. provision og suitable clamps ,interconection with 3Cx2.5 PVC insulated flexiable copper cable as per site condition . meeting with requirements specfied in the technical specification

Fabrication and Supply of GI pole of 65 mm dia class B, up to max length of 6mtrs in which one side making wrinkle free bend up to a length of 1mtr with an angle not morethan 20 degree and suitable reducer to fix the item no 2 other end welded with 12mm thick MS/GI base plate (300X300X12mm) with 4no holes and frontside U shape cutting for accommodating the 50mm dia GI pipe along with pole so as overall height of the pole shall be 5mtr including two coats of aluminium painting and pole number etc as required.

Supply of IP65, IK08, Thermoplastic polycarbonate junction box of size 225mm (L) x 295mm (H) x 122 mm (D), Anti corrosive, dust, water, instulated an shock proof on the existing tubular pole with suitable MS clamp including providing & fixing 1no. 6A SP MCB B series and Din rail mounting 32 A terminal connector feed through (coloured R,Y,B &N) -4nos. connections etc. complete as required.

SITC of out door feeder pillar IP54, double door weather proof cubical panel fabricated from 2mm thick CRCA sheet duly rust inhibited dust and vermin proof and powder coated complete with rubbers gasket, hinged compartments, door, removable gland plated for cable entry, busbar. cable chamber, sheet steel compartment segregation name plate inter connections of busbar earthing, to accommodate the following accessories mentioned below etc as required. Installation, testing and commissioning of Street LED fitting on existing pole with 3C x 2.5 sqmm PVC insulated flexiable copper cable from cable looping box to fitting and wiring fromJunction box to light fititing including fixing of Junction junction box on the pole etc as required. Excluding cement concrete for foundation.

Construction of RCC foundation suitable for installation of 5mtr tubular pole with 1:2:4 Cement concrete to the required depth (600X600X1000mm) as per special conditions(1:cement :2coarse sand:4graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size)and necessary base concrete of 1:3:6 for 100mm thickness below the pole foundation (1cement :3 fine sand : 6graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) suitable finishing on surface above the ground level with grouting 4nos GI -J bolt 700mm length boltnuts and washers for installation of tubular pole etc., complete as required. Providing & fixing of 50 mm dia class "B" GI pipe of 2 Mtr length with existing pole including cutting , making bending to recieve cables and threading as required, providing with one no of rubber bush with holes suitable to receive 2no of 4 x 16 Sqmm and 2 nos of 6 SWG GI wire etc complete as required.

Providing & fixing of 50 mm dia class "B" GI pipe for Concrete / Bitumen road crossings, including excvation up to 50 cm, laying pipe, filling top layer of 150 mm thisck with 1:2:4 concrete, neat finish etc as required as per site condition.

SH:III : laying of cables ,DWC pipe ,Termination and Earthing Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size in the existing RCC/ HUME/DWC/HDPE/ METAL pipe as required. Upto 35 sq. mm

Supplying and making cable route marker with cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand :4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size ) of size 60 cm X 60 cm at the bottom and 50 cm X50 cm at the top with a thickness of 10cm including inscription duly engraved as required.

Supplying and laying of 63 mm dia (OD-63 mm & ID-51 mm nominal) DWC HDPE pipe, 450N, ISI marked along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. conforming to IS 14930, Part II complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc.direct in ground (75 cm below ground level) including excavation and refilling the trench but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering etc., complete as required.

Excavation work in foundation trenches or drains not exceeding 1.5m in width or 10 sqm on plan including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms lift up to 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soils as directed, within a lead of 50m.
