16mm. thick cement plaster in cement mortar (1:6) over brick or stone masonary work per 1 Sqm including cost, conveyance,royalty, taxes of all materials,T&P, Shuttering, Supply of labour, supervision, overhead, insurance, watering, curing with all lead lift with all other connected operation etc. all complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Scarifying the existing bituminous road surface to a depth of 50 mm and disposal of scarified material with in all lifts and lead upto 1000 metres, royalty and taxes of all materials, Labour charges, T&P etc. Complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density as per Clause 406 of MoSRT&H Specifications for road & Bridge works(4th. Revision) including cost, conveyance, royalty, taxes of all materials, hire and running charges of machinaris, cost of all labour, T&P with all cost of incidental charges and cess etc. complete as per approved specification and direction of the Engineer -in- Charge.

Providing & laying 80mm thick factory made cement concrete interlocking paver block of M-40 grade made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction of approved size, design and shape, laid in required colour and pattern over 50mm thick compacted sand bed including coarse sand, filling the joints with fine sand as per IRCSP-63/2018 etc. complete as directed by Engineer-in- charge.

Earth work in hard soil or gravelly soil within 50m. Initial lead and 1.5m initial lift including rough dressing and breaking clods to maximum 5cm to 7cm and laying in layers not exceeding 0.3m in depth including cost of all labour, T&P, supervision, overhead, taxes etc. complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Cement concrete M15 grade with crushed granite coarse aggregate of size 40mm down graded mixed in batching and mixing plant including cost of all materials, machineries and labour and transportation of mixed concrete within initial lead of 1km by mechanical means and laying in dams, barrages, power house and pen stock with all lifts/delifts upto 1.5m height above average ground level as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Rigid and smooth centring, shuttering for P.C.C. works including false works and dismantling them after casting including cost of materials etc. complete in ground floor and required superstructure including cost, carriage, taxes, labour charges, supervision, overhead, insurance, labour cess, T&P, all leads, lifts & delifts with all other connected operation etc. complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. ( R.C.C. foundation, plinth bend & footing base of column mass concrete per –cast slab etc. )

Brick work with Fly Ash bricks 23cm x 11cm x 8cm size having crushing strength not less than 75 Kg/cm2 with dimensional tolerance ±8 percent in cement mortar (1:6) in foundation and plinth per cum including cost, conveyance,royalty, taxes of all materials,T&P, Supply of labour, supervision, overhead, insurance, watering, curing with all lead lift with all other connected operation etc. all complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Scraping old paint with scrapers, sand papering and washing with soap water or soda including scaffolding charges upto 5m height, including cost, conveyance royalty taxes of all materials, T&P, supply of labour, supervision, overhead, insurance, watering, with all lead lift with all other connected operation etc. all complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
