Demolition of plain cement concrete in ground floors or paving n.exc 15 cm thickness (Below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

Complete removal of existing water proofing treatment over RCC roof, projections of any thickness, any type by stripping out old tar felt over roofs, parapets, chimney stacks etc laid horizontally or vertically including taking out layer of cement plaster etc and cleaning the surface with wire brush including removing debris from the site and depositing in low lying area where directed and providing following :- (a) Applying brushing neat cement slurry with 3.0 kg of cement per sqm. (b) Rendering 10mm thick in Cement mortar (1:3) on concrete roof surfaces and finish the surface even and smooth without using extra cement including mixing water proofing compound @ 2% by weight of cement. (c) Apply a coat of bituminous primer confirming to IS-3384@ 0.4 ltr/Sqm on newly plastered surface after curing as per IS-456 and dried.

(d) After the primed surface has dried, apply a coat of hot blown bitumen(85/25 penetration) confirming to IS-702 @ 1.2 Kg/Sqm of the surface. (e) Provide polymeric water proofing membrane ISI marked laid with overlaps, bonded with hot blown bitumen, and laid by torch application method, end overlaps shall not be less than 150mm and side lap 75mm. Polymeric water proofing membrane should be five layered with centre core as 90 micron high molecular high density polyethylene film, min weight 3 Kg per sqm. APP membrane shall laid acorss the slope from lowest line of sloping roof towards ridge. (f) Over the APP membrane, apply a coat of semi hot blown 85/25 penetration grade bitumen confirming to IS-702 @ 1.20 Kg/ sqm and blinded with fine sand in dry condition @ 0.50 Kg / Sqm dusted over the bitumen coat Note : (i) Care shall be taken to avoid wrinkle and air gaps while sticking membrane to the bitumen applied surface. (ii) Ponding test shall be conducted for 72 hrs as directed by Engr-In-Charge.

PCC 1:2:4 type B0 (12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in roof padding for slopping purpose including mixing of liquid water proofing compound as per manufacture's instructions finished even and smooth without using extra cement ,complete all as specified and directed

PCC 1:2:4 type B-0(using 12.5 mm graded stone crushed aggregate) as in roof coving, coping, bed blocks etc at junction of parapet wall & roof, complete all as specified and directed.

Rotational moulded polye- thylene water storage tanks of capacity 500 ltrs (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position including all necessary connections all as specified in SSR Part I & including dismentling old U/S tank, complete all as specified and as directed.

Cleaning of dust removal to all loose existing sunken floor any material manually and with heat tark gun to get smooth plain finished surface including removing of vegetation/plantation with no loose material on surface. Repair all joints and cracks with highly elastic bituminous cold applied putty of tarplasic having penetration after setting upto 8mm. Levelling of surface to give proper slope will be done as per site requirements with Shalipatch or euqivalent make of approved by GE cold applied.Bituminous mortar and cold emulsion cum water proofing liquid of Shalikote-T-10 or equavalent make as approved by GE, created SSD condition on surface with water. Prime the surface with Tarfelt LM or equivalent make as approved by GE mixed with portable water in the ratio of 1:1 and apply @ 400gm per Sqm (as per surface condition). Apply first coat of Tarfelt LM or equivalent make as approved by GE having alongwith 200% conforming to ASTM-C-412 & having crack bridging of 8mm conforming to ASTM-C-836 with tensile strength after 7 days 0.50mm conforming to ASTM-C-412 with no diluation water on primed surface while the surface is still tacky with consumption of 700gm /Sqm. Lay Geotex of 45 GSM/fiber mesh simultaneously and paste it properly with overlap of 50mm. Allowed of first coat to dry for 10 to 12 hrs. Apply 2nd coat on cured first coat with consumption @ 700gm/Sqm in opposite direction of 1st coat by brush or roller. Allow it to dry for 10-12 hrs after apply 3rd coat with consumption @ 700gm/Sqm. Ensure final curing time of 36 hrs before allowing/carrying out any further work. Conduct ponding test after minimum 7 days applying 2 coats of U V Resistand Elastomeric Exterior Axcrylic weather resistant water proof coating of Shalicryl - 215 or eauivalent make as approved by GE having elongation of 300% after curing of 14 days conforming to ASTM D-6083, for U V protection of bituminous Elastomeric Acrylic emulsified liquid membrance of Tarfelt LM or equivalent make as approved by GE to give long life and prevent its deterioration from sunlight. Note : Application of water proofing treatment will be done by authorised applicator only.

Plain Cement concrete 1:7:12 type F-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in sunken filling and mass concrete, complete all as specified and directed

25 mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4, Type B-1 (20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub-base of floor for tiles/Kota stone finished even & rough, complete all as specified and directed

Dismanting of floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding , removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises , complete all as specified and directed.

Non skid coloured ceramic tiles (1st quality) 7 to 8mm thick(square/rectangular joint free) area of each tiles exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm, in floors etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including screed bed or bedding layer of mortor 15mm thick in CM 1:6, complete all as specified and directed

Glazed coloured ceramic tiles (1st quality) joint free in vertical surfaces of wall of size 450x350x7mm/350 x250 x 7mm thick set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 10 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 on brick /concrete surfaces complete all as specified and directed .

Taking down cement plaster from chajjas or facia etc, incl. dismantling of damage conerete & repair the same with PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5mm crushed stone aggregate) on chajjas of any width and applying 10mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:3 mixed with water proofing compound(Water proofing compound shall be measured & paid separately) , finished even & smooth using extra cement, complete all as specified and as directed. Noe- Rate quoted shall be deemed to include for scaffolding/formwork for single/double story building of height 8.0 mtr and making good the disturbed surfaces.

40 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-0(using12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) finished even and smooth using extra cement as in floor complete all as specified and directed.

Glass Dividing strips, 3 mm thick of 38 mm width inserted in position to confirm to design as in floor, complete all as specified and directed.
