Dismantling / Taking down of Unserviceable / Outlived 2/4 pole structures from different sub-stations including all accessories such as Cables, GODs, DOs and insulators etc complete all as specified and as directed.
Supply, install, commissioning & testing of Factory Made HT 11 KV, Rated Voltage 12 KV, 630 Amp, 21 KA / 3 Sec, Outdoor type, both sides extensible, Internal Arc 21 KA for 1 sec, Type tested in line with latest IEC Standards, Tank floor mounted with internal copper busbar, SF6 insulated completely motorized 3 way RMU consisting of 2 Nos LBS as outgoing and 01 No 630 Amp VCB as incoming with SCADA compatable, Overload, Earth fault & S/C Protection Relays (ASHIDA/CSPDR) with Air Insulated Metering Module (MFM for VCB feeders) all live parts of busbar, LBS connections of RMU shall be inclusive in one SF6 tank to avoid multiple inter connections. SF6 tank shall be sealed for life robotically welded non magnetic and non ferrite stainless steel grade 304 min 2.5 mm thick having IP-67 degree of protection filled with SF6 gas with nominal operating gas pressure 1.3 Bar 2 20 Deg C & having insulation with leakage rate less than 0.1% per year tested as per IEC 62271200. 01 No fault passage indicator (FPI) required for complete unit. Mannual welding or heremetic ceiling of tank shall not be accepted. The unit shall have front cable entry (suitable for termination of 1 x 3C 95/120/150/185 Sqmm HT 11 KV cable) for ease of installation and shall have site repalceable bushing for ease of troubleshooting during breakdown complete all as specified and as directed.
RMU should be complete with all accessories such as terminal boots, VPIS, cable supports, all front cable terminations, mechanical indications, Load break switch ON/OFF, Manometer as per with IEC standards 62271200, 60056, 60129, 60265, 60298, 60420, 60529 & 60694. Altitude of installation upto 1000 m as per IEC 60120 bushing bolted type top monitored outside the tank for connections of external busbar. Also the outer enclosure must cover the full length of the switchgear, to ensure IP4X + IP-54 protection for cable boxes. The unit shall be internal arc proof 24 KA for 1 sec with AFLR classsification tested and totally safe for human being. The gas release and personel safety from internal arc shall not depend on plinth design. The release of gas to be from the top of the unit, so that even if the person is operating the unit, opening the cover and for personnels near the sides of the RMU/Plinth, top release will ensure their safety complete all as specified and as directed.
The hot gas release in case of an internal arc, in No case should be from any side or bottom of the unit as the same is unsafe for operating personnel/pedestrians or general public. Bidder shall provide necessary type test reports to prove compliance to the internal arc fault IAC-AFLR as per IEC62271-200. Internal arc testing shall be done with enclsolure door in open conditions, with switching devise in operations mode as per specified standard complete all as specified and as directed.
