Scarifying the existing bituminous road surface to a depth of 150mm and disposal of scarified materials with a lift upto 3 m and lead up to 1000 mm as per technical specification clause 301.4

3) WBM Grading 3 Using stone screening Type-B 11.2 mm or Gr.III: Providing laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to WBM specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 kn in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading 3 as per Technical Specification Clause 405. (A) By Manual Means.

Prime Coat ii) Medium porosity Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.90-1.2 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 502.

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.30 to 0.35 kg per sqm on the prepared non bituminous surfaces (cement concrete pavement) cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503.

Semi-Dense Bitumen Concrete (Providing and laying semi-dense Bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch HMP produching an average ouput of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specific grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 4.5 to 5% of mix and filler transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the reqd grade level and alignement rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tendem rollers to achieved the desired compaction as per MORT&H cl. no.508. complete in all respect.

Providing and laying of hot applied Thermoplastic compund 2.5mm thick including reflectorising glass beds @ 250gms per gm per sqm area thickness of 2.5mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beds as per IRC :35. The finished syrface to be level uniform and free from streaks and holes and conforming to the MoSrt & H Specification.

Providing reflective pavement marker with Micro prismatic lens in both direction having thermoplastic body adhering to the specification and guidelines of MoRT&H's fixed to the road surface using the adhersives and the procedures recommended by the manufactures with three months replacement warranty and free maintenance. @ 3.00m interval.

Planting of Trees and their Maintenance for three years (Planting of trees by the road side (Avenue trees) in 0.60m dia holes, 1 m deep dug in the ground mixing the soil with decayed from yard/sludge mannure, planting the saplings, backfilling the trenches, watering, fixing the tree guatrd and maintaining the plants for three year.
