Part 'A' Work Between Alttitude below 2100 Mtr

Providing and Laying Base Coarse incorporating Chemical Admixture in combination with OPC Grd. 43 - “Providing and Laying of 150mm X 2 Layers of Cementitious Base (CTB) including Preparation of Soil Bed, for the Surfacing Works in Accordance With Relevant Clauses Of IRC37:2018 and IRC-SP-89:2018

Providing and Laying SAMI (Stress Absorbing Membrane Interlayer) Layer over CTB Layer by means of Synchronous Chip Sealer Integrated Computer Controlled Machinery. SAMI Layer shall comprise of application of Elastomeric Bitumen Emulsion and immediately Covered with Stone Chips as per relevant clauses of IRC37:2012, IRC-110:2005 & IRC-SP-34:1989 and as per tender specifications.

Providing and Laying Primer Coat over CTB Layer and prior to application of SAMI Layer. The Application of Primer Coat shall comprise of 1ST roughening the cured CTB top turf by means of mechanically chiseling and removing any undesirable dry skin followed by cleaning by mechanically brooming -off and/or removal of the muck using tractor driven pressure compressors. 2nd – application of the SS-1 Grade Bitumen Emulsion Primer Coat @ 0.75Kg/SqM.

Part 'B' Work Between Alttitude 2101 Mtr to 2400 Mtr
