Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cu.m, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for hard core of gauge 63mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n.exc 15cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick PCC (1:4:8) type D-2, (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub floors, sub bases, floors and pavings to receive floor finishes complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and labour for PCC (1:4:8) type D2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregates) in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 80 mm thick machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver blocks with white cement and color pigment, any shape and size conforming to IS 15658:2006 of M-40 Grade with grey cement and no pigment complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sand filling under floor or in foundations including watering and cosolidation complete all as specified and directed. Note: Only punned down depth shall be measured and paid.

S&F structural steel works as in roof trusses, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats plate etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing newly steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of redoxide all as specified.

S&F pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick in ridges of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.
